if the host starts meeting 10min late , how do we identify or know is the meeting started or not??
I recently recorded a meeting and I am having some trouble accessing the transcript. Even though I can download the video or audio version of the recording, I can't seem to find a way to access the transcript. Would you be able to assist me with this? If there are any additional steps I need to take or if there's a known issue with accessing transcripts?

Hi, I have a recurring meeting which I used till a month back. I can see the meeting when I login through the application but I cannot see it when I login through web portal. Actually I want to reuse the meeting id for further meetings. Can anyone help in getting the meeting back in web portal.

Hello, I've been using zoom and recording my meetings for almost a year without any problems. The last two meetings that I have recorded I have received this message, "Failed to Convert Recording: There is another recording conversion in progress, please convert this recording later in Meetings>Recorded." I went back to where my meeting recordings are filed -- I have a "double_click_to convert_01" and "double_click_to convert_02". When I double click I get the above message. There is no recording that is still in progress -- or shouldn't be -- meeting one with failed recording was on Wednesday and meeting two with failed recorded was on Thursday. -- plenty of time to have completed the first recording. Please advise.

Installation requires selection of a Zoom client which in the case of webOS is client compatible with some version of Linux or Unix. Which, if any of the client downloads is compatible, with LG 's webOS operating system?
Hello, I am a subscribed user of Zoom ( Version: 5.16.6 (24664) with a paid-for single licence. I use my account to run a small meeting for a community group. As I am the account holder, is there any way I can temporarily pass the admin rights to another user when I am not available to run these meetings? Thank you, Shane

Hello. I made a mistake and my meeting was recorded locally and not in the cloud. How do I import it to the cloud now? I need the video text transcription tool.
The "Waiting for the host to start this meeting" screen has an older version of our corporate logo. Happens on all devices. We have customized the waiting room appearance with new version of our logo. I can't find anywhere on the admin interface where this logo appears or could have been loaded. All graphics I can find and access are our current logo. Would be very grateful for any help.

audience unable to hear zoom participants, zoom participants cannot hear audience For our meetings the host has a laptop which connects to Zoom and also projects onto a large screen so everyone (including audience attending in person) can see each other. Audience can see Zoom attendees on the screen and Zoom participants can see the audience in a Zoom window. The problem is Zoom attendees cannot hear questions from the audience. Is there some sort of remedy for this as not possible for each person to come to podium and ask a question or participate in the discussion. If this is not something that Zoom can handle is there an external device that cold be purchased to help with this? This is for local Lions Club meetings where those away can attend but with limitations on audio makes it nearly impossible for those on Zoom to understand or participate. ANY help would be most appreciated. Thank you

It would be cool if attendees could hover over the meeting bio displayed name to get a short sentence about the attendees. A short bio of sorts.
