Resolved! recurring meeting -- add or delete meetings outside the ususal schedule?

The last time I set up a series of recurring meetings, I was able to set up something like "every two weeks on Thursday at 2" and then edit the meeting to delete some of those meetings ("oh, that's actually Thanksgiving") and add some at other times ... Show more

The last time I set up a series of recurring meetings, I was able to set up something like "every two weeks on Thursday at 2" and then edit the meeting to delete some of those meetings ("oh, that's actually Thanksgiving") and add some at other times ("we'll also offer a meeting once a month on Wednesday evenings"). Of course I could set up separate or individual meetings for this, but I'd like to be able to offer one registration page for all of them.

 

Is this no longer possible? If so, how can I do it now? (If not, why was a useful feature like that removed?!?)

New "Unmute" and "Mute" announcement

Does anyone have any idea as to why starting this week Zoom is telling you (in a very loud voice) that you are "muted" "unmuted"? I can't find a way to stop it from telling me.

    Tried to track through network tab there following error message was there

    It's an pro account so, not expecting limit issue as we are testing it on small scale.

How to record 1080p?

HI, 
I don't have the option of recording the Zoom meetings as 1080p... How can I get the option activated? I have Zoom One Pro.

Voice over notifications

Zoom has this voice notification feature that I can't turn off. It is audible voice that says when I share screens, turn on audio, or have new emails. how can I turn it off?

Parallel access

Hi Team,

 

 We have set to slow  track channel  to receive the auto-update client option and we have got the auto-update only to 5.11.1 (6602) - Minor Release but the recent release is  July 18, 2022 version 5.11.3 (7123) - Major Release

 

Any reasons why this has not been updated until the latest release.

 

Also, need clarity on what needs to be done from the user end to get auto update applied on the zoom client in the user device

 

1) log in logout zoom ?

2) reboot the system ?

 

Is there any setting in zoom admin portal to enable this ?
