I cant login to zoom

Hi,

When I login to zoom using my google account , it return an error code to me ,"1044".

How can I solve this problem?

Zoom Meeting

Hello,

While Zoom is running, if I should perform a task it would show up in Zoom. Is there something I need to change to fix this problem?

 

 

grayed option tabs on home screen

Home screen

New Meeting / Join / Share Screen Tabs   are grayed out

Only the Schedule Tab is available

 

How can I make the 6 grayed tabs available ?

Confused by 40 minute warning on my free account. Help.

I had a meeting with a prospective student on Zoom the other day. I have a free account and understand that I have unlimited one-to-one meetings that can last up to 30 hours each. My meetings last for an hour on average. Anyway, in my meeting I got a 30 minute warning pop up saying that I was nearly at my 40 minute limit. It's a good job the meeting had almost finished! I would have been highly embarrassed if Zoom had kicked me out in the middle of a longer meeting. So confused, why am I getting this warning when my one-to-one meetings are meant to be unlimited or at least very very long if I need them to be. I don't understand. Any help appreciated, thank you.

Macbook refuses to connect to Zoom code 5003 - tried everything :(

My Mac has been refusing to connect to zoom for the past few months, it won’t even log in, tried so many different ways and solutions, just keep getting “failed to connect : 5003”

 

here’s what i’ve tried so far with no luck:

reinstalling

restarting computer

disabling firewall

allowong access to mic

changing dns servers 

 

 

all to no avail 😞 anything else i can try?

Recording a meeting using external mic doesn't record the voice, despite testing confirming the right set up , and the mic icon is a headset.

 

I have a MAC, and external Mic is Audio Technica

 

In settings I have done the following:

1. Set external Mic as input in Sound

2. In Mic in the privacy,  I have given access to zoom

 

When recording, the mic icon is a headset. I select the arrow next to it and I set the audio to point to the external mic. 

 

When I press record it say no audio and asks me to join, and test which I do and still no sound on the recording.

I have tried recording to cloud as well as computer

 

I have disconnected the mic, cleared the cache and nothing works.

 

I managed to make the external mic work when recording while testing prior to a meeting. On meeting day, I tested it again and it records without sound. I have read all the help material and tried everything

 

Appreciate your help as its driving me mad as I've tried everything

Zoom Account downgrade

My current plan is Pro and i've requested to downgrade to ZOOM ONE BASIC PLUS , unfortunately none of the packages are active in my account now and meetings have been reduced to 40mnts . I never expected this type of mismanaged situation from zoom wh... Show more

My current plan is Pro and i've requested to downgrade to ZOOM ONE BASIC PLUS , unfortunately none of the packages are active in my account now and meetings have been reduced to 40mnts .

 

I never expected this type of mismanaged situation from zoom which leads me to switch to an other solutions available .

Hi:  I have not had Recording options for many months. When I received notification that my storage was nearing full, I cleared out all of my recordings. Why do I not still have availability in my cloud storage?

 

Any info I' would appreciate as there is ZERO customer service to my Pro plan?  Crazy.

Automatic recording overwrite / can first recording be recovered?+

Today I recorded a Zoom meeting. Usually the recording is available right after a call. Today I went to open and trip my recording and there was a message that the meeting was still recording. I ended the meeting for everyone so didn't understand why... Show more

Today I recorded a Zoom meeting. Usually the recording is available right after a call. Today I went to open and trip my recording and there was a message that the meeting was still recording. I ended the meeting for everyone so didn't understand why I'd get this message. So I reopened the meeting which is set up to automatically record. By relaunching the meeting, the one hour call was overwritten by a 10 second recording of me just opening the meeting.  Is there a way to recover the first recording or is it gone?
