初めて質問投稿させていただきます。

数か月前より、Zoomデスクトップクライアント（Windows版64bit）にて、ミーティングウィンドウが開かない・開くのに10分ほどかかる。といった問題が発生しています。

問題の状況
・他者の立ち上げたミーティングのURLをクリックしてもミーティングウィンドウが開かない。
・この時Zoomアイコン（画面右下）は出てくるため、アプリの起動自体は確認できている。

・そのアイコン右クリックから、「設定」を押すと通常のZoomウィンドウは開く。

・右上プロフィールを確認すると、「ミーティング中」という状態になっている。
・5～10分ほど待った時は急にミーティングウィンドウが開き、会議に参加できる。→時すでに遅いので、ブラウザより会議に参加中にこれが起きる。

試したことは以下の通りです。
・アプリケーションのアンインストールと再インストール

・インターネット上の対策ページ確認

クライアントを使用していきたいのでこの問題が解決出来たら非常にうれしく思います。

I am coordinating a zoom meeting with multiple sound inputs:

1.  2 Lavalier microphone headsets,

2.  A stand alone microphone, and 

3.  A camera with "surround sound" input.

There are also ambient room sounds including drums, and audience singing.

What Audio Settings would you suggest?

In order to apply Japanese transcription and get it after a meeting, I set Audio transcription with Japanese in account setting.

I can check Japanese transcription with Speaker name in Zoom meeting. I downloaded Closed Caption after this meeting, but this does not include speaker name like normal VTT(Audio transcript).

If I get Japanese Closed Caption(transcript) with speaker, I would like to know how to get.

HELP PLEASE

I can connect to the Zoom app on my laptop but I have no video or audio.

Yesterday my friend sent me a link to a Zoom meeting and I could see my 2 friends faces and hear their conversations, but I could not let them see my face and the audio was not connecting. I have used Zoom on my laptop before and have NEVER had this problem.

My synagogue host zoom during the Jewish High Holidays of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.  Participants can hear everything except when the Rabbi blows the Shofer.  Has anyone had this problem and how they were able to resolve it?  Any help would be most appreciated.

When I want to start my recurring meeting, I am now asked "Open URL: Zoom launcher?"  When I click on this I don't see "open Zoom meetings " in my browser. If that is the case I am told to click on the blue rectangle that says "Launch Meeting". When I do this I am taken back to the original question again. 

How do I get in to host my meeting? 

I want to adjust my advanced audio settings to improve microphone performance for fitness class. I have all the instructions on how to do it but my settings page layout doesn't match the instructions provided. Where can I locate advanced audio settings.  I am using Zoom on laptop. Thanks

I can't use the share computer audio feature of Zoom using my Macbook Air. All the participants can hear is a garbled sound whenever I try to share a screen with audio or use the share Computer Audio. I tried to do research but all the troubleshooting steps I tried failed. Can anyone with a similar experience help?
