I teach fitness classes and have tried a headset, the speaker from the camera, clip-on microphone, etc. but I haven't found the perfect fit yet. While recording the live video, my participants indicate my picture freezes for a second or two, then catches up. Also, the timing between my actual speak and it to the music is also off. I'm looking for any advice for better recorded videos using a microphone. Thanks

Hello all, I am having issues with the Zoom Outlook plugin ( Version 5.17.0.981). Whenever I update the meeting times in my calendar after I submit the update. I received the error "Microsoft Outlook - Sorry Something went wrong. You may want to try again.". I have done the following below but no avail. Any suggestions? Steps done: reinstalled the plugin reinstalled office and the plugin cleared local cache verified zoom profile is set to read/write with my Office365 account.

I've scheduled a meeting, entered the email address for just one person, (testing) and everything is set for registration only access. Yet, someone else, without registering, can still enter the meeting waiting room by using the meeting ID and password. Is this normal? Am I missing a setting somewhere? I need to work this out before Monday if possible, please?

When I setup a meeting and copy/paste the invite to send to attendees, the meeting details no longer display. Did something change?

I work at a company where we have multiple users with their own login credentials. We all record our calls/meetings/events however we can't share our library of recordings. They are limited to our individual accounts.
Is there a way for us all to view and access the entire company's recorded content?

I came across this article and just had a few questions about the recording disclaimers: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0068228 - Does "Show a disclaimer to participants when a recording starts" mean the pop up that asks a user to accept that the call is being recorded? - Is it possible to remove this pop up for certain users and if so does that mean recording can start and they don't have to interact with the client at all?

Bonjour, Lors d'une visio, je n'ai pas réussi à connecter ma caméra et l'audio lorsque la visio a commencé. J'étais en attente que l'hôte démarre la réunion, (j'étais invitée) et ma vidéo était bien activée. Lorsque je suis entré dans la réunion, j'ai fait "rejoindre l'audio", ça a fonctionné. Mais mon audio restait coupé. Et pareil pour la caméra. J'ai fait "démarré la vidéo" et impossible de les activer, mes icônes restaient en rouge barré et il ne se passait rien. Je précise que la vidéo était enregistrée, et que l'hôte m'avait autorisé à activer mon audio et ma caméra. Est-ce que cela est arrivé à d'autres personnes ? Et comment avez-vous résolu ce problème ? hi, I share a zoom account in an organisation where there are several admins. I also need it to show on the scheduled meetings so the other admins don't double book. does that make sense? thanks
There are a few people I have frequent zoom meetings with. Is it possible, rather than scheduling separate meetings with them with a new link each time, to set up one link per person and use the same link every meeting with that person?
I can't set it as a recurring meeting cos it's not regular.
