Can an alternative host start a meeting while the host (account owner) is on another zoom call?

I know that a alternate host can start a meeting, but is there a way to have two meetings running at once? If the owner of the account is on a meeting and the alternate host needs to start another meeting, she is getting a message to end the current meeting. Is there a way around that?
