Hello, I just installed Translation Caption Add-On to my working account. I am trying to translate from German to English on once side and in the other from English to German... Unfortunately, I feel this Add-On is still not well developed due to being such a new setting, and it only works on one side. I feel that the translation is happening alone on each computer and not in the Zoom meeting for both persons... Has anyone have experience with this Add-On and can help me find the best settings for my Zoom-Meetings? Most appreciated, CG

We use the translated captions during a meeting which is great and we save a recording to the cloud. When I watch the converted recording on the cloud, the captions are there. But when I download the recording, the captions have disappeared. I do have the text list of all of the captions, but they are no longer actually on the recording. How can I get a copy of the recording with the translated captions still on the recording???

I have purchased the Zoom Translated Captions option for my Zoom Pro plan. I updated to the latest version of Zoom (5.15.3) thinking that maybe my older version (slightly) of Zoom was the root of the problem but...apparently that was not the case. I cannot get Captions to work 😞 I enabled everything via the web interface per the instructions found at the link below: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/6643133682957 When I open a new Zoom room, there is no little caret next to the "Captions" button at the bottom of the screen. When I click on the "Captions" button all is see is (see attached screenshot). What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance for any help that can be provided.

We have enabled webhook in Zoom marketplace application and configured 4 to 5 webhook events. Getting issues with "recording.started" webhook event, only for the first time for any user. We are unable to listen "recording.started" event on our Zoom application whenever there is a new user created using OAuth. We are enabling users meeting "cloud recording" Automatic using below zoom API : "https://api.zoom.us/v2/users/me/settings" with below payload: Still unable to listen event when user enters in a meeting even though "cloud recording" is enabled for the user, using above mentioned API. Thanks
Please let us know if we are missing something or there is any extra functionality we need to configure either in the application or in the code.

I used to do this all the time, both on my computer, and in the app on my iPhone, And suddenly some of my meetings won't let me do it on either platform. It's really frustrating.
Sometime in the last week or so, I've been having trouble launching my meetings. Is anyone else having this problem? I click to start the meeting and the page with the big blue "Launch meeting" button comes up. When I click on it nothing happens. There are two lines below: 1) click to download Zoom, and 2) join from browser. I have tried both of these buttons. I have re-downloaded Zoom but that hasn't addressed the problem. Also, I am able to join from my browser but sometimes my camera doesn't work and it seems like it is a less optimal interface. I assumed maybe there was a Zoom update or something and that it would start functioning properly in a few days, but it doesn't seem to be self-correcting. Thanks in advance for any advice. Oh, one more thing, I tried to get live chat support and it told me that my account support live chat, but that is news to me. I have had live chat support in the past.
