Read ai interrupting my zoom recording?

I cannot figure out why my Zoom video only recorded 6 seconds of my 1-hour meeting. The only thing that was different today is someone joined early in the meeting using read.ai. Could the read.ai stop my video from recording?

No, I don't want to modify the waiting room text;

No, I don't want to send a message to people have already joined;

I want people to see a new message (varies by each and every meeting) when they enter the Waiting Room.

Recording capturing app users but not those joining by telephone call

When I try to show a video from my desktop, the video shows to the participants, whose microphones I muted, but my microphone is still working and picks up ambient sounds from the room in addition to the video sound track.  If I mute my microphone the video sound also mutes.  Thank you in advance for you assistance.

This is something that has started in the last month or two. Occasionally when I attempt to share a video in a meeting, I am disconnected from the zoom room and then instantly rejoin it. It happens maybe 10% of the time I share a video. It seems totally random and isn't tied to any specific video. I can share a video without trouble a number of times and then encounter the problem with the same video.

 

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling zoom, but that didn't fix the problem.

 

Has anyone else encountered this? And if so, did you find a fix?

I recently got a new laptop running Windows 11 rather than Windows 10 on my old laptop. Now I am getting complaints from others that, for the first time, my sound is slightly behind my video on Zoom Meetings. 

My guess is that it's probably a Windows 11 setting but there are so many to choose from. Has anyone had a similar problem and, if so, how do I fix this?

(I tried getting a separate microphone but that made no difference so the mic is being returned tomorrow.) I am on a fast broadband connection so I don't think that's the issue either and all my drivers (mic, and camera) are the latest available (as is my version of Zoom).

We are currently setting up Single Sign on.  We have run into the issue of where we need to change a few user's sign-on/email address.  If we change their email address, will that cause any issue with already scheduled Zoom meetings?
