Missing Meeting
I cannot find a meeting which was scheduled for today, tried searching using the meeting ID number as well but nothing, there is a recording for the meeting, but I cannot pull a meeting attendance report.

I was wondering if anyone faced the issue for dragging the object while doing the remote control on mobile or tablet.
This works perfectly on the desktop but not on mobile and table. Is there any way to resolve this issue?
I just want to share my expierence with something very simple that took me hours to solve. So I hope the developers that look at all our user tools and settings can make this better. I needed to connect the sound of the meeting to a Bluetooth speaker. It took me 3 hours to find out, so of course I missed the meeting. I asked your chatbot: where can I find the audio settings? Chatbot answer: I did not understand the question. I got not one answer from the chat bot. Bing was better, said I had to click the 'gear icon of settings' and that I could find this if I clicked on my profile. My profile was nowhere . After 2 hours of browsing I found out that I could do a test meeting. There I found out that your audio settings are hidden under the microphone icon. My suggestions: 1. replace that microphone icon for a normal sound icon. Or name it audio in/out. 2. Work on your chatbot, it understands not even the simplest of questions. 3. Make sure that as soon as somebody typs in 'audio settings' in your help- or searchfunctions, that you give this very simple answer : click the microphone icon in your meeting. Don t start giving all complicated advices about communities, licenses, terms and guidelines, membership, buying and signing in possibilities, and who knows what. It s very simple but you made it incredibly complicated and I missed 2 meetings because of this lack of giving a practical answers to a very simple question. Thank you for reading.

I am at my wits end with Zoom and yesterday another issue 😞 Sorry for putting this in the Meetings board but there is not one for Install Issues and did not know where to put it. I am on a MacBook Air running on Sonoma 14.1.2 (23B92). I click to install Zoom, expecting a seamless install. I let it install to the standard places (i.e. I did not change anything during install, just clicked thru the Wizard. It appears at first to have worked and shows Zoom in my Applications. But... if you try and open Zoom I get this bonkers pop up with no actions except 'Done' - and when you click Done, it closes - but Zoom does not work. I have tried: uninstalling and starting again. I have tried a fresh download and starting again. But this does not work and I still get the pop up window. Has anyone seen this fault before and any idea what the issue is or how to fix? I would add a screen shot here but you can't add an image? 😞 We are a charity and are paying for Zoom, not on the free version so it's particularly exasperating. 😞 Thank you 🙂

I would like to know if it is possible to use one zoom account for multiple meetings that take place on the same date and time.
During the last two Zoom sessions, the audio has shut down with 5 minutes still to go. Video is fine, just no sound.
I help my company to register a Zoom account to let my company use. However, when i finish the payment, i find that I had refister the wrong email address, now I cannot log in to the account to do any things. I tried to call the sale to help and send an email but no any reply. What can I do Now?

I had a job interview, but I was unable to participate in the meeting using the Zoom application I logged in with my Google account. When I entered my passcode, an error message appeared saying "The passcode is incorrect." If anyone has encountered a similar situation or knows how to deal with it, please let me know.

I am currently using version 5.16.2 (23409) I got the banner saying that I should update, to 5.16.10 I clicked the link, see the popup with details about the update, click on install, and get "Unable to install updates: Error code 10001" I can't find out what this error code means, it's not listed anywhere on this forum or through a more general web search. I'm running a Mac Studio, with OS 14.3
