Can't see shared screen on browser (laptop)

I use Zoom for meetings and lectures via browser on my laptop  (Windows 10) . Something has changed since December because I can no longer see the screen other people are sharing. I can hear the sound if it's a video but otherwise it's just a black screen. I've tried resetting Zoom settings,  restarting the computer and different browsers (Chrome, Edge) but nothing seems to work. I don't know what to do.

    I have the same problem since January 3, 2022 on my HP Chromebook.

    Hello, did either of you figure this out? I am also having the same problem on a MacBook Air.

    I am also having this problem on an LG Gram. All the other participants in the call can see the screen except me, so if anyone can answer this, I'd appreciate it!
