ホストが遅れても(またはいなくても)、ミーティングを開始できる方法を教えてください。
下記のように設定しました。
・「ホストより先に参加することを参加者に許可」を有効
・ミーティング認証オプションの「ミーティングへの参加が許可されています」に〇
に設定しましたが、「このミーティングをホストが開始するまで待機しています。」
になってしまいます。
宜しくお願いします。

We have a quarterly zoom meeting with a core group of about 15 participants.  We dial, from inside the meeting, individuals to discuss company specific information.  Information exchange is confidential within the individual discussions.  

An individual is in the waiting room as we finish the discussion with the previous individual.  We would like the person in the waiting room to hear music and a message regarding their wait.  

I have figured out how to customize if users are waiting for the host to join the meeting.  This is the concept but a different application.

What happens to local recording if a host changes during the meeting?  For example, one host starts the meeting and starts recording, then they need to leave so the alternate host takes over.  Will the recording be saved to the alt host's local or the original host?  Will it be a complete recording of the whole meeting if the original host leaves the Zoom meeting?

poll did not save in the cloud

Created poll before a meeting and launched it. Shared the results with participatants. More than one person saw the results but when I went to reporting there were no poll results to download. What settings should I check? I must of missed something.... Show more

We have a scenario where a user has scheduling privileges over all of our faculty.  All classes are scheduled with the reoccurrence for the semester.  Typically, two Zoom Rooms are booked as alternative hosts.  Sometimes we need to move the rooms (if a room is down or a professor needs to change rooms).  If I edit a specific occurrence, I can't modify alternative hosts since it is greyed out.  The only way is to edit all occurrences but this requires the user to return and fix it after each class.  How can we modify a single occurrence to change the Zoom Rooms involved in the call without modifying all occurrences?

Hello all,

We are starting to see Zoom clients come up in vulnerability scans as the users who are downloading a personal client to their profiles are obviously not updating the clients in their user profiles.

 

Do I have to roll out the central installer to all these workstations to overwrite the clients currently installed?

Or can I simply create a GPO from the admx templates to force an update on the clients already installed?

Disconnected or freezing up during meeting

I use a samsung chromebook and lately my screen either freezes up or becomes disconnected during my meetings.

Problem with Screen Sharing as the License holder

When I sign in to a meeting that I have scheduled as the license holder, I can NOT Screen Share.

Appreciate any help.

Resolved! virtual background is not loading to my new laptop

Hello, I tried loading my virtual background on my new laptop (although it has been enabled).  I am getting a message that says that this system does not support virtual background.  How do I fix this?
