The owner of our High School Reunion Committee Zoom account has died. How can we find out if our Zoom account is active and if active, how do we change ownership of the account?

Pretty much nothing about my setup has changed from one day to the next. It just seems that for years Zoom worked perfectly fine and then one day I loaded it up it freezes my whole computer. Everything I try to do has about 10-15 seconds of lag... whenever I close the program (I have to control + alt + delete because I cannot even click the exit button), it automatically restarts itself like a zombie and locks everything up again. I use virtual meetings about 15 hrs per week... with no way to contact Zoom support or any offer of a fast resolution, I will be looking for a different video conferencing software if I cannot figure out a resolution in the next 48 hours. If there are any miracle workers out there, now's your time to shine. Brad
My system does not need more RAM, meets the minimum reqs by about 100x, etc.

When my husband uses Zoom on his computer and have headphones connected Zoom do not use the headphones, the sound is not in the headphones but in the computers speakers. When he listen to something else like eg YouTube or Spotify or even have a Google Meet, then the headphones work as expected. When I try the same thing on my computer (with same headphones) it works. We have nearly the same computers (he have Acer Aspire A515 Ryzen, I have Acer Aspire A515 i7). I guess there must be some setting that cause this problem, by I can't find what. Any idea?

My "Original sound on" function is not working. This is serious for me, as I use Zoom to play music to friends, and my music is totally suppressed.
I'm new user on zoom. I want to record meetings on the Zoom app on Android. Can I do it, If yes, where can I find my recordings? Any advice???
Buongiorno. Good morning. Until yesterday on the "share on your page" I was offered the two options related to the two pages of which I am the administrator; this morning magically only one option appears to me, and unfortunately not the one on the FB page on which I stream daily. Why?
Grazie!
Thank you!

lorsque j'ouvre mon appli Zoom - je peux seulement programmer une réunion ; je voudrais aussi ouvrir une "nouvelle réunion" (cette commande "nouvelle réunion" est actuellement grisée et inactive)
It happens every time and I've figured out how to reproduce the symptoms. 1. AMD laptop running Linux (my laptop model is Lenovo S340-14API R5 - Amd 3500u) 2. Start a meeting with two or more people through Zoom. 3. Hold the meeting for about 30 minutes or more (not sure about this) 4. Unplug the AC power from the laptop and enter battery mode. 5. All USB devices (e.g. mouse) stop working. I always wake up in the middle of a meeting lasting more than 6 hours. ------------------- ------------------------------------ -------------------------
While using zoom on my linux laptop, the USB does not work.
If you use the method below, USB will stop working.
It happens not just once, but every time.

Zoom has a popup window (on Win11) that won't go away, which tells me that Zoom cannot connect. How do I disable it?
I thought I was recording to the cloud, but my recording was disabled because I was over on my storage. Is there any way to retroactively retrieve it from somewhere? I am willing to pay for it.
