I don't what board this should appear on and evidently just the fact that I'm paying for this service doesn't evidently mean I get any actual help so maybe someone here can help.  I have a new computer and I downloaded Zoom.  I am trying to get Zoom on my outlook calendar, but the Add-in isn't showing up and nothing is syncing with my calendar.  I can't even generate and actual email I can only copy and paste the invite info.  Because of this I don't get reminders or anything.  

I need an actual support person to look at my configuration and see what I'm doing wrong, but Of course Zoom doesn't seem to want to help anyone.

Ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS

Logitech C920 Webcam.

Zoom Version: 5.17.11 (3835)

The video signal is great in my self view, when i open zoom or in the video settings preview.

But for other meeting guests and the recording its very low quality.

How can i fix this?

I am an admin for our account and I have allowed users to assign scheduling privileges to others.
However, as the admin I want have schedule access for all, but only two of my users are showing in my drop-down menu so I can see their meetings. 

How can admins schedule for all users?

How to copy API token on a mobile device??

I'm looking to use a third party caption generator, I am able to use it on a desktop by copying the API token (caption URL), but I can't find the option on the app to copy it. The help article explains what it looks like on the desktop but it doesn't look the same on the mobile app. HELP 

I run meetings with 50+ people. We've had several people experience this same issue. When they are in the main room in the Gallery, they see fewer people on the screen than there are, they can't hear the speaker, and they can't see prompts when they are in the breakout room. 

They are pressing yes when prompted to about being recorded and have uninstalled and reinstalled zoom.

This issue has been going on for a month. Anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

I am having an issue going live on zoom and I am not able to call or contact anyone from zoom.

I am able to hit the 'Go Live' feature, however I want to live from a particular page that I manage, but I cant.

I clicked on go live - put in all the details - went down to where it says go live from timeline, page or group - clicked go live from page - and only one of the page I manage appears which is not the page I want to go live from. Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this issue?
