Do I need to stay online when the recording conversion is in progress if i have local recording ?
Problem in Our Current Process: We conduct a 2-month duration online course and enrolled participants can attend classes through Zoom webinars. To ensure that only registered individuals can access the sessions, we aim to manually enter or import their email IDs into the Zoom webinar. Currently, when we remove students from the batch due to non-payment, we need to create a new Zoom link and share it with all participants. Despite using Zoom settings, the needed process is not working as expected. We are seeking the expertise of a Zoom professional who can assist us in configuring the necessary settings and establishing a streamlined process. Ideally, when we remove someone from the Zoom email list, they should be automatically prevented from logging in and attending the class. This would eliminate the need to create new links for each batch adjustment.
Additionally, we want the ability to revoke access for those who haven't paid their pending fees.

At a meeting today I was unintentionally removed from the meeting by the Host. Although he changed settings so that I could rejoin it was not practical to restart the meeting to enable the setting. I therefore tried to join the meeting using a different account and on a different computer. However, this still remained blocked, saying that the host had removed me from the meeting. The other accounts were on the same local area network. Does implementing the removal of a participant cause all others on the same LAN to be removed?

Hi All, I am trying to fetch all the MP4 recordings for a meeting using the API 'meetings/$meeting_id/recordings' but it is providing latest recording instead of all mp4 recordings. After my research, got an API called 'past_meetings/$meeting_id/participants' Using this API, we will get multiple uuid and then encode each one and pass it to this API 'meetings/$meeting_id/recordings' ($meeting_id is nothing but encoded UUID) Then I am getting all recordings for that meeting. But my doubt is, in some cases, Zoom doesn't provide instances for a meeting but recordings are there in cloud. Can someone help me out for this? For some meetings, I am unable to get and my logic fails. I will be grateful if some one will give some Idea. Thanks, Ajit

I am looking at my one guest when we have the meeting, but in the recording I am looking off the screen. I have tried using the mirror setting, but that still doesn't work. Can anyone suggest what I can do to record what I am seeing during the meeting. And I DO NOT want to look into the camera. Thank you.

Hey At this link: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/207347086-Using-Group-HD-video It says: Note: As our world comes together to slow the spread of COVID-19 and stays connected through Zoom globally, we are working to quickly scale our bandwidth during this unprecedented demand. For the time being, standard video, not HD video, will be activated when 3 or more participants join a group meeting. HD video (720p) will be activated for 2 participants or when a Zoom Room or Conference Room Connector joins a group meeting. HD video (1080p) will only be activated for selective use cases such as large-format broadcast events. " So if you have a payed account and you are more than 3 people, you wont get/send HD video? I was concerned that I would have to find another way to give singing lessons to my student who is 9 hours away because she was not able to hear the higher notes on the piano when doing vocal warmups with me and I couldn't hear her sing the high notes or most notes very well even after she purchased a microphone. And at one point there was an echo. I am happy to say issues were solved quite quickly when I changed my audio settings and had her do the same. Here's what worked perfectly for us: Zoom background noise removal is on Background noise suppression is low Advanced Echo cancellation is aggressive May this be helpful to others who have endured the same issues 🙂
