Just got a new computer, re-installed Zoom. During the pandemic, friends told me there was a feature to turn on that would make people look better without make-up. I did it!! Now, I look old & wrinkly on this new computer!! Please advise
Dear Zoom Moderator, HI. Thanks so much for contacting me. I was pulling my hair out trying to figure this out.
To the best of my knowledge I ran the Uninstall and Clean Zoom programs, as the article advised. Although it was automatic and I did not see any indicator that said it was finished or had run successfully, like it downloaded and that was it...maybe I need to check something to see if that whole process worked?Also, I think I need to check if it worked by being in a Zoom meeting. What's been happening now for almost 2 weeks is that I cannot launch, as I said before. Is there a way to check now? I would just love to be purring along with my Zoom meetings again.Elizabeth

My coach sends me the links for the Zoom calls via email. Is there an option that, when I click on the email link, the appointment is automatically added to my Windows desktop Zoom program?

The Zoom intruders have are using the Raise Hand feature to disrupt our meetings by continually raising and lowering their hands, causing the boxes to jump around in gallery view. We really, really need to be able to disable raise hands in meetings, same as we can in webinars. Please give us this important security feature!

I am trying to create a personal Zoom account and when I attempt to do so, I receive an email to my personal email account saying that I already have a Zoom account, which is untrue. The email includes a link to a former employer's account. My personal email address was never associated with the former employer's Zoom account. Nevertheless, I need to disassociate my email from the former employer's account asap. Thanks

I host many zoom meetings with breakout rooms. I usually don't have zoom on full screen...I keep it on half of one screen with a document on the other half. However, in order to make the "breakout rooms" button show, I have to have the zoom window almost wide open. It is one of the last buttons to show as you stretch the window bigger. There are other buttons I don't use which would be fine to have to not always show. Is it possible to reorganize the order of the zoom buttons or make sure that the breakout rooms button always shows?

Hi, I would like to know if there is a way to get all the translation audio feed from one instance of zoom going to a separate audio canal. To be able to send separatly the languages feeds to a existing CMSI via Dante DVS or a soundcard. Without the need to open one session of zoom for each languages. Thanks for your help Best regards

How do I add future dates to existing recurring meeting without changing meeting ID or other info?
I have an issue where myself and other users are not able to see any upcoming meetings (not made/hosted by that user) in the upcoming meetings tab or the previous meetings tab online. It is hard to find an answer online as most answers point to seeing meetings in a tab on the Desktop app which I can. I had a meeting earlier today and yet it doesn't show up under my previous meetings tab (online through the web browser). I do have Outlook (the calendar I use) set up to work with Zoom and when scheduling a Zoom meeting through Outlook, it will show up in the meetings tab on the desktop application but still not showing under the meetings tab in Upcoming/Previous on the web browser. Looking for a fix with the web browser. Has any other user experienced this. A lot of users at my company would like to visit their profile at zoom.us to be able to do stuff with it but without them able to see any upcoming meetings on the website, they rarely use it. They can obviously check their Outlook calendar and see all the upcoming/previous meetings. I have tried updating and signing off/on to the Zoom website to no help what so ever. Again it works to see schedule meetings from Outlook through the Zoom desktop application, but it is not working under the meetings tab of the Zoom website. Thanks
