I need help removing some background effects through my own Zoom window. While on a call, Zoom will push out some special effects such as: fireworks, balloons, thumbs up, etc. even when I don't prompt it necessarily. It is triggered by my hand gestures when I speak with my hands. I've looked through the option of "Virtual Backgrounds" and I don't see any button to toggle on/off this feature. I want to remove it, because in more formal settings it's a bit of a distraction. PS -- It's not either the "original" emoji option with the thumbs up and the other emoji characters. This is something that happens in the background behind my image.

How to move License User Cloud Recording to another License User

I have a license user retiring and has Cloud Recording that I would like to keep. I would like to move recordings to another user. Does anyone figure out a simple way to move the Cloud Recording without DELETING the existing user? in my Google search... Show more

I have a license user retiring and has Cloud Recording that I would like to keep. I would like to move recordings to another user. Does anyone figure out a simple way to move the Cloud Recording without DELETING the existing user?

 

in my Google search one method is to the DELETE the user and you are then given the option to move the recording to another user. I prefer NOT to DELETE the user if possible as they will continue use but downgraded to a basic user versus paid professional user license.

Zoom app no longer works

I am dead in the water with zoom, cannot get into any meetings. I updated my app today on my computer, and now Zoom will not launch. I restarted my computer, shut down and restarted it. I uninstalled the app, and reinstalled the app. It will not open... Show more

I am dead in the water with zoom, cannot get into any meetings. I updated my app today on my computer, and now Zoom will not launch. I restarted my computer, shut down and restarted it. I uninstalled the app, and reinstalled the app. It will not open. I did this again, and same result. I used my web browser to log in, and joined a meeting. The video and audio were so poor that I could not hear anyone and they told me (by texting me on my phone) that I was frozen and they couldn't hear me well. I can't figure out what version I'm supposed to be on, and need help. I called for support, and even though I pay for the product, I am not entitled to phone support. Very frustrated with Zoom right now. Please help!

Hi - I just bought a second license on my Zoom One Pro account. My new license holder scheduled a meeting for the same time as a meeting I was hosting. We couldn't have both meetings, despite having the extra license. I've watched videos, tried to call customer service (my plan isn't worthy of phone support, and have done research. Please help.

I have been joining Zoom meetings for years when people send me links. Today, I clicked on a link and it said I could not join because my app version needs to be 5.13.5 or higher. Please contact your IT Team to update your app. I don't have an IT team. Not sure if I had a Zoom account, but I created one and downloaded a newer version. When I click on the installer it just opens a window that says join meeting and it is still on the old version 5.12.8. I am an experienced computer user and have never been more confused about what to do.. Please help!

I would like to STOP automatically going full screen when a participant (and host) shares their screen. I cannot find a setting for this. I am in a Zoom study group and participants ask questions that I readily know the answer to and do not need to discuss/see. When I am studying other content and listening in, my screen will automatically open Zoom full screen and show the whiteboard, throwing me out of my study materials. I need this to NOT happen, as it is disruptive while I am covering content that is new to me.

 

Please, someone, HELP.

Where is my recording?

I just recorded a Zoom meeting, and it is no where to be found. I changed the settings to download it into my downloads folder. It even said it was recording. This is kind of important! Please help.

WHEN ATTEMPTING TO ENLARGE A PORTION OF A PPT SLIDE BEING SHARED, THE AREA IS LATERALLY TRUNCATED, AS OPPOSED TO FULL WIDTH IN A STAND-ALONE PPT. THIS OCCURS IN BOTH PORTRAIT AND LANDSCAPE VIEWS
