Dear Zoom Support Team, I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue we are facing with the Zoom Web SDK Client View. We have integrated the Zoom Web SDK into our web application to enable video conferencing capabilities for our users. However, we are encountering an “Invalid Signature” error when attempting to join a meeting using the generated signature. We have followed the documentation and guidelines provided by Zoom, but we are unable to resolve this issue on our own.

I bought a new laptop recently and had a problem that no sound came through to me. So I used my old laptop for a bit, but finally got round to trying to fix this.

I uninstalled zoom and then downloaded it and reinstalled it today 24 apr 24. 'Test' speakers in zoom gave no sound. No problem with Youtube videos - so the new laptop speakers work OK.

Finally, today, it dawned on me that I could have a zoom meeting between my old laptop and my new one. Bingo!

Well, sort of - my voice goes from one laptop to the other in either direction with the 'remote' mic muted.

BUT the zoom speaker test still makes almost no sound. It makes a very little sound when I first press 'Test' and is then silent. And when I test the mic in zoom, the recording plays through the speakers as it should - weird.

Laptop is Acer 3 15. Sound is Realtek. OS is W11  version 23H2. I could not find any setting which would obviously prevent an app using my speakers.

is it possible to record a meeting while sharing a desktop, so that only I am visible on the screen (ont he recording)?

I pinned myself, but despite of this I was recorded with a few participants (they are shown below me, in the right side of recording). 

I use presentations and this bar makes it less readable.

I have been a zoom customer for many years. Using the SAME emaill, SAME COMPUTER and same internet for the whole time.  So why , if I use zoom EVERY DAY, MULTIPLE times a day, do I need to enter a security code from my phone EVERY TIME. This is ridiculous.  Shouldn't zoom recognize all this at this point? Does everyone experience this? its time wasting and unecessary.

When I share my screen with Zoom 5.17.10/5.17.11 on MacOS, shortly after screen share starts, my screen freezes.

I have a Macbook Pro with MacOS Sonoma 14.4, connected to a DisplayLink dock with two 4k monitors.

The Macbook is in clamshell mode when this happens and the only way to unfreeze the screens is to unplug the DisplayLink dock. The Macbook screen when opened is not frozen.

This issue started with Zoom version 5.17.10/5.17.11.

Has anyone else seen this issue?
