I am unable to get my zoom webinar to stream to my Facebook business page. I am only offered my personal page as an option. I was able to do it without a problem last year but it no longer works.

 

To forestall already tried suggestions:

1) I am an administrator on the page so have level permission.

2) I have followed all of the steps in this guide: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115000350406-Facebook-livestreaming-meetings-or-webinars

3) I have cleared the cache and cookies for both zoom and FB.

4) I have a Pro account

5) It has worked previously.

 

I am attempting the custom streaming workaround suggested here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115001777826#h_c5c43bde-b0bb-458c-96ca-8c2664b7868b

 

But to be honest, I cannot figure out what to put in the boxes in the attached photo.

 

If you know how to fix the original issue or complete the workaround. I would appreciate it.

Almost everytime I try to edit a Zoom Event email, I get an error. Either a "Scheduling Error" or some other error. To fix this I have to "Reset" the email, but sometimes that doesnt even work.. I have a lot of email experience, but I've never seen an editor more buggy/finicky. Pulling my hair out. I can't be alone.

Authenticate email for Zoom events but then just goes to the Zoom log-in page

I have been trying to get an email to be able to log into Zoom events. I have added this email as a user to the event in ticketing. When I do this, I get the authentication code in my email, enter it, and then it goes to the log-in page again. It see... Show more

I have been trying to get an email to be able to log into Zoom events.  I have added this email as a user to the event in ticketing.  When I do this, I get the authentication code in my email, enter it, and then it goes to the log-in page again.  It seems to only go into the actual event if you are listed as a speaker or co-host.

CSV upload says "existing registrant ignored" - but not in list

A webinar shows 21 registrants. I upload a 22nd from a CSV, but receive an "existing registrant ignored" message. Yet when I check all 3 pages of registrants, they do not appear anywhere on the list and the count remains 21. Has anyone else experienc... Show more

A webinar shows 21 registrants. I upload a 22nd from a CSV, but receive an "existing registrant ignored" message. Yet when I check all 3 pages of registrants, they do not appear anywhere on the list and the count remains 21. Has anyone else experienced this? Are they actually registered even though they do not appear on the list?

 

When I upload a CSV of all 22 registrants to a new webinar, all 22 appear. So it is not that this user is banned by Zoom or the like.

We use the Webinar 1000 people package, with the webinars regularly attracting approx 600-700 live viewers. What would happen if more than 1000 people tried to register for a Webinar? Would Zoom allow them to even register? And, if so, would people then be allowed to log onto the webinar on a first-come-first-served basis with the rest unallowed to watch?

Essentially, we are trying to gauge when we should increase our webinar package but are unsure how many people are registering for the webinars, versus actually attending.

Can't see many countries on the country list

We have people from Poland and other coteries who want to register but I can't see these countries in the list of countries to register from. Am I missing a setting somewhere? It looks like I can select Polish as a language in the automated captions,... Show more

We have people from Poland and other coteries who want to register but I can't see these countries in the list of countries to register from.  Am I missing a setting somewhere?  It looks like I can select Polish as a language in the automated captions, but I can't see how to get some FROM Poland registered.

Analytics tab not displaying dates or custom registration questions for VOD

As of 4/15, the release notes said that"Hosts can access detailed analytics reports for Video On Demand (VOD) channels. For authenticated viewers where an email address is collected, the report will show unique viewers by month and attach associated ... Show more

As of 4/15, the release notes said that

"Hosts can access detailed analytics reports for Video On Demand (VOD) channels. For authenticated viewers where an email address is collected, the report will show unique viewers by month and attach associated content views and engagement. For anonymous sessions where no email address is collected, the report will show viewer sessions by day along with associated content and engagement. These analytics provide increased visibility into both identifiable and anonymous Video On Demand viewers to help hosts understand overall platform usage and engagement." 

The analytics tab of my Video Channel does not show the custom registration questions or anything related to Month/time period. Is this happening for anyone else?

I am hoping that someone can help me. 

 

I need to change the registration questions for webinars - I have chosen the additional questions I want and then  saved all.  I then tested it but the new questions were not there.  When I went back to the admin section the new questions I had ticked were no longer ticked.  It's as if I cant get them to save.

 

Has anyone else experienced this and if so did you manage to fix?
