I have a user who no longer needs her paid Zoom license and wants to switch to free Basic Zoom account. Will her recordings and meeting history still be accessible? She previously ran training sessions and has shared out her recordings.

Camera Settings reset every time I turn video back on

My camera setting (primarily when i "zoom in" my Logitech MeetUp camera) appears to reset every time I turn my camera back on during my webinar. Is there a way to get Zoom to save my preferred camera setting? I am constanting having to zoom my camera...
