Where to find the password for a shareable file I recorded?
Hello! I can't find something that tells me where to find the password that's generated when I create a recording I want to share with someone. Thank you in advance!!

We're gearing up for an annual virtual conference that has around 40 sessions that occur over span 3-days. There are also multiple concurrent sessions. Last year we had the Zoom Events page and then needed to mirror the info on a page on the site but it's a PITA so hoping someone here knows of a plugin or method like an iframe to display the event on the organizations site. tia Don

I would like to customized a waiting room for Zoom Webinars with a holding Jpeg or video in Webinar. This would be for attendees to see before the Webinar starts. I know this is possible for Zoom Meetings, but why not for Webinars?
Hello, I am testing out Zoom Events and have noticed that when I use the Zoom app on my phone, there is an easy way to join Events (see screenshot). However, I am not seeing Events option like this when I use the desktop app. (see screenshot). Is there an Events option like this on the web app that I am missing? Thank you - Amanda

I have two problems with this page/message/step in the registration process - First, why do event prospects get a somewhat terse message instead of a friendly registration page? - Second, the message is plain wrong stating: "...to ACCESS the event". <-- This makes no sense as the action here is to REGISTER. I realize I can turn off Authentication, but then I get a barebones registration page, and when I (test) click the Register button, Zoom opens! Hopefully the problem here is I'm not clicking the right buttons?!? Help appreciated...

In the free entry confirmation email, which is scheduled to be sent once someone registers for the event, there is a hyperlink with the text "View event" and a button that says "Join." The problem is that clicking on either of these redirects us to the zoom.com/us homepage instead of the event page. We don't know how to change the link for both. As it is, it might discourage many people who do not understand why they are being redirected there.

In "Event Branding," we have seen that the color scheme and other elements can be modified, but we haven't found a way to change the color of the webinar access buttons, which are white by default. Is this not possible?
In the featured sessions, the full title of longer sessions does not appear. Is there an option to display the full titles?
After registering, it also sends an email verification with a code. Can we disable this email? We haven't found a way to do it. It could be a hassle for attendees.
