We host webinars frequently, I wanted to know if there is a way to insert the unique link in an add to calendar button, confirmation email or even SMS message through integrations with Hubspot or Zapier.
We need to send out reminders, but the only link we can share is the generic one, which leads to the registration form from Zoom.

Hi @Rodina_k yes this is quite easy to do. If you are using a product like Zapier, they have a Zoom integration and when you run the "Create Webinar Registration" action it returns the "join_url" which is the unique link the attendee can use to join.
You could create a flow where someone registers with a form on an external website/form, then send the "Create Webinar Registration" action and use the "join_url" in various ways.
There is also a HubSpot integration with Zoom Webinar and the Zoom API https://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/rest/reference/zoom-api/methods/#tag/Webinars so there are many options available.

Both Hubspot and Zoom have APIs so you could easily set up a unique link extract to include in an add to calendar button. If you are not a developer there is a Zoom marketplace app, Salepager, that can send calendar invites with the unique link to registrants.
