Hi all,

When did Zoom disable the ability to pay for webinars with credit/debit cards?  Now, the only payment method available for webinars is via PayPal which was not the case when we purchased this feature a year ago.

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @trainwithnphti.

I don’t do a lot of paid events, but I’m pretty sure the only credit card processing aboutable has been though the PayPal integration. Availability of credit card providing with a PayPal is dependent on a number of factors.

Zoom Events – including the Webinar-centric Zoom Sessions – also integrates with Stripe, which can process credit cards. Again, there are geographic restrictions to both as PayPal and Stripe.

See this Zoom Support article for additional details:

Note that using other ticketing platforms is an option. I personally have used Eventbrite which integrates easily with Zoom meetings and webinars.
