Hi all,

We integrated Zoom Web Client SDK with our Patient Portal and EMR, to create a platform that will enable patients to make video/audio/text chat with Doctors,  Zoom API  is used to schedule meetings on Zoom APP we created on Zoom marketplace, currently we are faced with a limitation, we can not host more that 2 meeting at a time.

 

a) Zoom pro can host  1 meeting at a time

b) zoom business can host 2 meeting at time 

How can we manage multiple  video/audio sessions for Doctors/patients, as the patient portal is public face app, or  is the a zoom plan that is best fit for this scenario. ?

Zoom for Clinical purposes

Assume they are 50 people in a zoom call. Can we save 1080p video with a higher frame rate from all 50? If we have a large server, can the videos be purged from Zoom's cloud service (to deal with ethics)? Could we house it directly on Amazon Cloud Se... Show more

We have used this plattform Zoom chating easily.

But, you know, in Korea, many teacher used ID with domain @korea.kr

If we have zoom id with domain @korea.kr we use for unlimit zoom chating

So we`re using zoom in Corona19 usefully

Now, time is over, we can use only 40 minute.

then, few teacher in Korea, still is using unlimited zoom chating because of Domain`s name @***.es.kr

But, our school`s domain name is not include spelling .es.kr , we have just @sinjeong.kr

So, we can`t use unlimit Zoom plattform. please, check our message.

 

1. We want to use for unlimited ID during in Conona19

2. Our School teacher use ID domain with @singjeong.kr

3. https://sinjeong.kr  is our Homepage adress.

4. how to use free your Zoom plattform?
5. If you neccesary any Document for checking our school, I send any information to you.

I'm tutoring students overseas and one was unable to see my video on Hulu or on Amazon but he could hear it, is that because they are overseas or is something wrong with my laptop or sharing?

Please help asap, as I have two more students I wanted to share my screen with and can't figure out why the student can't both see and hear me even though I have checked both boxes?

SSO login on mobile device looping :(

Hello-

 

I work full time at a community college and am also a transfer student taking classes at my jc as well as CSU Stanislaus. I am stuck in a very weird loop where I am unable to log in to attend my CSU university lectures on my mobile device- I can only successfully do so on my laptop. When I try to log in using my csustan credentials, it endlessly loops me through their SSO (Duo Push), then back to the university log in, then back to zoom log in, over and over again. I have frequently tried to use the "remember me for one day" checkbox option on the SSO but it never remembers my devices, ever, and completely prevents me from logging in. It would be so helpful to be able to use my zoom app on my phone so I can work and move around while attending my lecture,  but the office of technology says this is a zoom support issue and they're not sure how to help me. I mentioned this to my digital media professor here at my jc and she says she is experiencing the exact same thing as she is affiliated with multiple institutions. Can anyone recommend a solution for people who belong to multiple institutions? Thanks!

Where is virtual background options?

Please see the attached screen shots.  I have tried to follow the directions and it is on in the account settings to allow for virtual background.   I am running on a chromebook as a teacher with a school.  Please advise.

We are the virtual music lesson instructor of the class of 45 students. Due to the international existence of our students, all of our classes are offered online. Although I usually serve as the meeting's host, some students claim that after a while the voice becomes subdued. Not all students deal with this, but some do. The meeting must then be ended and restarted, which is a major time waster.

I'm not sure why this is taking place at all. Please look into this situation!
