Zoomtopia 2025, our all-virtual annual user conference, is coming up! Get a sneak peek at the speakers and conversations you can look forward to, and register before it's too late.

Behind every organization are the people getting things done — people like you. You’re dreaming up better ways to connect and make work more meaningful. But you’re also facing a technology landscape that moves at the speed of light, consumer expectations that are higher than ever, and economic pressure putting the squeeze on your budget.

We see you.

The solopreneur, stuck in the day-to-day grind of trying to do ten jobs at once. You’d rather focus on business development, but you find yourself sweating the small stuff — responding to emails, scheduling meetings, and ironing out IT issues.

The marketing manager tasked with growing pipeline, nurturing relationships, and building your brand. You’ve got a lean team that doesn’t have the time to build out emails and landing pages and social posts for your latest webinar, but you’ve got big goals you need to hit.

The CX leader facing growing pressure to incorporate AI into your contact center operations. Your customers love the service your team provides, and you’re worried that dropping an AI chatbot on them will erode their hard-earned trust.

You think, there’s got to be a better way.

We think so, too.

Zoomtopia 2025: For the people

This year’s Zoomtopia is for the people. Because you deserve work that works for you. And we’re exploring what’s possible when real people do extraordinary things on Zoom.

Zoomtopia 2025 brings together the thinkers, builders, and doers who are rewriting the rules of collaboration in the age of AI. And we’re inviting you to join us on Sept. 17 (Americas) and Sept. 18 (APAC, EMEA, and Japan) for an all-virtual celebration of YOU.

But taking time away from your busy day can be a big ask. That’s why we’re not just celebrating, we’re sharing can’t-miss product announcements, valuable tips, and real-life customer stories to help you turn inspiration into action. Here are five reasons why you should be there:

1. Zoomtopia is tailored to you

This year, we've got seven unique tracks — more than we've ever had — based on your role and your goals. Whether you're a small-business owner, a school administrator, an IT pro, or a Zoom enthusiast looking for fresh tips on running your next virtual book club, there's something for everyone. You'll find sessions tailored to challenges you actually face and solutions that work for you.

2. Celebrate real people doing amazing things

Zoomtopia has always been a celebration of our customers, and this year is no different. Each track gives you a chance to learn from people like you. Come hear firsthand about how customers like TalkSpace and SharkNinja conquered their thorniest communication challenges using Zoom.

3. Get exclusive insights on entrepreneurship, culture, and innovation

Tune in for conversations that'll have you rethinking the definition of work and leadership. Hayden Brown from Upwork will be there, sharing exclusive insights on how AI is transforming entrepreneurship. You'll have a front-row seat to a fireside chat with NBA All-Star Chris Paul and Khan Academy CEO, Sal Khan. And of course, you'll hear from Zoom's founder and CEO, Eric S. Yuan, about how we’re approaching this era of AI and collaboration.

4. Don't just listen in — be a part of it

We've all been to webinars that feel like one-way talk tracks. At Zoomtopia, you can chat with panelists and attendees, ask questions in real time, and react with emojis. It's all run on our own Zoom Events platform, which is built for engagement and meaningful connection. You'll see firsthand how we use our own tools to create virtual experiences that matter.

5. Come away with new tricks up your sleeve

Get inspired by our keynotes, then dive into the details in breakaway sessions led by our Zoom experts. Whether you're deploying Zoom to an enterprise or hosting your first webinar, you'll come away from these masterclasses with practical tips for achieving your goals and the confidence to execute them.

Save your spot at Zoomtopia 2025

We’re making work simpler and smarter, and we want you to join us. If you’re dreaming about how to pull off your next big idea on Zoom, Zoomtopia 2025 will help you bring your vision to life.

Hey there! Just wanted to give you a heads-up about this cool safety feature on Zoom called Emergency Notifications. Thought you might find it useful to know about!

With our Emergency Call Notification app for Zoom, you can designate any Team Chat channel as a safety team hub that connects with both Zoom Rooms and Digital Signage. When emergencies occur, notifications are automatically sent to this channel, allowing safety personnel to quickly distribute alerts and directions to specific Rooms and Signage displays throughout your organization.

Here are the requirements for using Emergency Call Notification.

  • Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise account
  • Account owner or admin privileges*
  • Zoom Phone license
  • Zoom Rooms license
  • Active Zoom Room or Digital Signage devices with location data configured

Note: If the admin user that added the app to the account loses admin access, is deleted, disassociated, or deactivated, emergency call notifications will fail. The app must be removed, then added and configured again by another current admin user for the notifications to work properly again.

For more details of the topics listed below, please see the Knowledge Base Article - Using the Emergency Call Notifications app.

  • Installation and Configuration
    • Installing from Zoom Marketplace
    • Setting up Emergency Call Notifications and the channel
    • Edit and delete configurations
    • Disconnect a configuration for a Channel
    • Chat Commands (for Admins)
  • Using Emergency Call Notifications
    • Receive Notifications

Issue with Zoom on Lenovo Android Tablet: Does Not Automatically Return to Gallery View

We’re experiencing an issue with the Zoom app on a Lenovo tablet running the Android operating system. When the tablet is in Gallery View and a co-host shares an image or video, the shared content is displayed as expected. However, once the sharing ends, Zoom does not automatically return to Gallery View—it has to be manually reactivated.

This is a challenge because the tablet is mounted on a lectern during physical meetings that are also broadcast via Zoom. There are many different speakers, and they may not be familiar with the tablet’s functions. However, they need to:

  • See Gallery View when no content is being shared, so they can monitor if anyone on Zoom raises their hand or wants to comment.
  • View the images and videos being shared during the meeting when relevant.

Important note: This issue only occurs when using the Zoom app. If we access Zoom through a web browser, everything works as expected—the view automatically returns to Gallery View after screen sharing ends.

Does anyone know of a solution to this? Or is there a setting in the Zoom app that can ensure the view automatically returns to Gallery View after screen sharing ends?

Zoom Auto Dialer Takes Sales Outreach to the Next Level

The Challenge: Sales and revenue teams have long struggled with manual dialing tasks and juggling multiple tools, including CRM systems, email, voicemail, and calendars. Each switch slows momentum and eats into precious selling time.

The Solution: Zoom Auto Dialer

Zoom introduced the AI‑first Auto Dialer, a powerful add-on to Zoom Phone deeply integrated into the Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA)

Here’s what makes it stand out:

  • Power dialing & smart cascading: Move through call lists faster by skipping disconnected lines and repeating numbers intelligently.
  • Voicemail drop: Instantly leave pre-recorded messages when a call goes to voicemail, no dialing required.
  • Local presence dialing: Match caller IDs to prospects’ local area codes to increase pickup rates.
  • Full CRM sync & call automation: Pull contact lists directly from Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, or your CRM without switching between apps. Call logs, notes, dispositions, and follow-ups are updated automatically.
  •  Built-in scheduling & follow‑up: When a prospect answers, schedule meetings, share calendar invites, and fire off follow-up emails—all within the same interface CX Today.

Why it matters:

This launch isn’t just a feature upgrade, it’s a strategic shift. ZK Research’s Zeus Kerravala calls it a pivot toward disrupting work, not just communication. Zoom’s goal - help sales teams reclaim real time and reduce unnecessary tool toggling.

By embedding Auto Dialer directly into ZRA, Zoom now supports end-to-end sales workflows, from first outreach to closed deal in one unified, AI-powered platform.

Customer Success: Real Results in Real Time

According to CX Today, companies using the Auto Dialer reported dramatic gains:

  • Sales teams can now bypass manual dialing, voicemail dead-ends, and idle wait times. Only live connects reach the rep.
  • If a call lands in voicemail, the Auto Dialer instantly leaves a message, boosting callback chances.
  • Reps can convert fast: when someone answers, they can book meetings and send invites in real time.
  •  All activities sync automatically into CRM systems, no data slips between tools.

Community Feedback:

Early user feedback highlights strong appreciation for Zoom’s evolving sales stack:

“Power dialing removes the manual calling steps… cutting wait times between calls and increasing connection rates”.

Community discussions also show demand for both parallel (multi-line) and power (single-line or sequential) dialing modes, Zoom supports both.

Member Benefits:

Sales teams using Zoom Auto Dialer now enjoy;

  • 🚀 Faster dialing and higher live call rates
  • ️ More time focused on prospects not admin
  • 📈 Better data consistency and CRM hygiene
  • 📅 Integrated call scheduling, email follow-up, and analytics
  • 🤖 AI-enabled insights: transcription, summaries, and disposition logging

Zoom’s Auto Dialer transforms Zoom Phone from a telephony tool into a high-velocity sales engine. Integrated into Zoom Revenue Accelerator, it consolidates calling, CRM updates, scheduling, and call analytics into one streamlined experience. According to CX Today, this innovation is already helping teams significantly improve outreach effectiveness and operational productivity.
