Vote now I hope you're all doing well. I've been encountering a bit of a challenge lately and was wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar. When I try to share my screen during a Sigma Free Fire gaming session on Zoom, I've noticed some annoying voice issues. The audio seems to be distorted or unclear, making it difficult for others to hear me properly. I've tried adjusting my settings both in the game and on Zoom, but the problem persists. Has anyone else faced a similar issue or perhaps found a solution to improve the audio quality while screen sharing during gaming sessions?

Hello! Our IT/Zoom Admin accounts installed the Pardot package for zoom. It seemed as if they added me and my team to the list of people who can access it. However, when I go to add pardot to my individual zoom account it is blocked saying I don't have permission. Where can I go in settings that verifies that I have the app? I would assume if it was added it would say "added/installed" on marketplace page not asking me to "add" it even though it's blocked off. It clearly says below I don't have permission to add it and I showed this to IT. However they are insisting my issue is on the Pardot side. On Pardot side I have 0 connected apps for webinars atm... I'm just hoping someone can confirm that IT needs to add permission for me to actually add the app or am I missing something????' Thanks!

Hey guys, I’m trying to streamline my communication and support for my dropshipping store using Zoom, but I’m running into some issues. I want to offer live consultations or support calls for my customers, but I’m not sure how to integrate Zoom with my store (using Sellvia) or if it’s even worth it. Anyone here using Zoom for customer service or product consultations? How do you set it up, and does it actually help with sales or customer satisfaction? Would love to hear your experiences!

I’ve been looking into ways to automate customer support for my ecommerce store using Zoom and integrating it with Sellvia, my order fulfillment platform. The goal is to provide real-time, personalized assistance to customers by scheduling Zoom calls automatically based on their order status or any issues they may encounter. Has anyone here worked on integrating Zoom’s API with third-party ecommerce systems, particularly for order management and support? I’m specifically interested in automating customer meeting scheduling, syncing order updates, and using Zoom’s API to streamline the support process.

We schedule zoom meetings for trainings and webinars and interactions. We have 4 accounts and about 12 persons authorised to schedule. We are looking at scheduler to help as to which slot and which account is available
I have a new zoom scheduler subscription and I'm setting up a schedule there, so that I can give one-to-one sessions to clients. I am having trouble finding information on how zoom scheduler keeps meetings secure and private, what meeting features will be enabled/not enabled by the scheduler automatically, and how I can customize any security/privacy features? For example, I'd like to offer a complimentary short chat with potential clients to help them evaluate whether they'd like to work with me. How can I safely offer this without this offer being open to misuse? Thank you!

I've read online about the additional features that powerpoint live has over the standard powerpoint version. My company uses Teams for all of our internal virtual meetings and zoom for all our meetings, trainings to our franchise network. I would like to present via powerpoint live using the additional features. I can't seem to figure out how to do this. Everything I fine is how to use powerpoint live in MS teams nothing about how to use it via zoom meetings. Is powerpoint live available for zoom meetings?

I am using an evo4 audio interface and I need to do online music lessons through zoom but whenever I am in a meeting or testing my audio, zoom automatically changes my input volumes on my evo4. The option "Automatically adjust microphone volume" is turned off and in fact grayed out and I can't even interact with it. If I go into more detail, my mic channel volume is maxed out on my evo4 because it sounds small and my guitar channel volume is set low to balance both my output volumes. However, zoom for some reason keeps changing my evo4 input volumes so that both channels are set to the same level, making my guitar sound way too loud compared to my mic. It keeps doing it automatically no matter what I try. It works fine on other apps like discord, but for some reason zoom decides to mess with my audio interface. Please help, this is very frustrating.

I am trying to find the so called Contact Center Management , can someone please tell me where it is?
Thank you!
Hi, There is a glitch in the zoom program. When a zoombombing occurs and we Suspend Participant Activities- the participants should not be able to do anything at all. But, they can use the react button. And raise their hand and put their hand down over and over, thus making their square jump to the front of the cue and then back to their original spot. This is occurring on multiple paid accounts with very strict security settings set up. And if there are multiple zoombombers at the same time, then multiple people are raising their hand over and over and they then are jumping to 2 squares each. Making it much more difficult to remove and report them. Why does the zoom program allow all participants to "react" when the host has enabled the "suspend participant activities" which is supposed to freeze and lockdown everything? Thank you
