I am unable to set up integration with Apple calendar or contacts. Help!
We have deployed Zoom Phone system with IP Phones etc at our offices along with Emergency addresses etc. 2) Apply a registry fix to prioritize IPv4 over IPv6 on the OS (needs a reboot) 3) use command Prompt to manually set IPv4 Priority over IPv6 (Does not need a reboot but requires setting on subsequent reboots) Once you have changed the priority and restart the desktop client the error goes away and it sets the Emergency Address correctly. Thanks Shad
These all work just fine, and this is for people working remotely using the Desktop Client (on Windows).
Windows 11 has now started prioritizing IPv6 as the default protocol if it is available. So for example if you ping www.google.com in a command prompt it will respond with the IPv6 Address instead of the IPv4.
The problem with this is that the Zoom Client will complain that it cannot confirm my home address location and I will get the error at all times.
There are some workarounds.
1) Disable IPv6 on the router (not ideal)
Is this behavior going to be addressed in a later version of the Desktop Client so it requires no user interaction?

Greetings. I'm new to Zoom, switching from other platforms because so many users are most familiar and comfortable with Zoom. I signed up for a new account, which worked as expected, and then attempted to upgrade to a "Pro" account, which I need to make the service useful to me. However the payment process hangs when I submit my credit/debit card information, stuck on "Please Wait" forever. I've checked with my bank. They see the authorization inquiry and confirm that the transaction is authorized, but the Zoom app never completes it. I've used multiple browsers and made sure that no blockers or add-ons that could interfere are active. None of the online help options are meaningfully related, the chatbot is totally useless and Zoom apparently won't provide other help options except to paid accounts. And I can't have a paid account if Zoom won't take my money. Any guidance or suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks. [Edited to correct typo.]

My business runs virtual meetings using the Zoom Events platform. Each meeting includes ~20 polling questions. Historically, I've exported the results from each poll on a user-by-user basis ("PollResults.csv" which is exported via a zip file). For my past two programs, however, the zip file contains incomplete/corrupted data. The data is clearly there - I can see polling results in aggregate in my analytics summary. I can no longer rely on the Zoom polling feature. I've opened a support ticket and was told "our engineering team is working with our Dev team to investigate this, they believe that the last update caused this change" Though I'd love some resolution with this post, I'm mostly sharing for anyone who has experienced similar issues. There's really no sense in me continuing to pay for Zoom Events when a critical feature is so broken. Best, Henry

I've just had Zoom rolled out by my organization. I am trying to add my mobile phone number to "My Profile." I've tried multiple times to go through the process of receiving a confirmation code, entering it in, and clicking "Confirm." I'm receiving the confirmation code with no issue. I've even had the voice call option give me a code. Every single time, I get the message: "Phone number cannot be verified."

Hi all, looking for some assistance here. I'm on 6.1.10 (38818) for Mac OS Sonoma 14.6.1 (23G93). I've updated to the latest version, uninstalled and reinstalled from a fresh download, and disabled zoom notifications in my system menu. Can anyone help me out?
Whenever I enter a meeting there's a banner in my system menu that says "Turn on Reactions". The X to close the banner does not work.

See attached. It happens at the start of every meeting when I turn on my video until I click on it to go away.
Hi all, I'm currently hosting a webinar with an audience who is trying to access translated closed captions in Spanish... after following the setup instructions found in Zoom Support, we found that the only option to select is English. Also, I noticed that I was only able to translate the support article itself into English and one other language with Asian characters. Do we know if there's an outage on language translators currently happening?

Hi there! I have just set up a one-on-one event that I will send to a group of students for them to make individual appointments with me via Zoom. I've set everything up (configured my available times and synced it to my Outlook calendar) and it's all fine EXCEPT for one date. When I look at my available appointments for this specific day (a Friday), my available times jump from 12pm to 5:30pm as if the Scheduler is seeing that I have a conflicting event on the synced Outlook calendar--except there isn't anything on my Outlook calendar. I've tried to remove this Friday from the available days and add it as a specific day with special availability. I've also double and triple checked my Outlook calendar to make sure there isn't an event I'm not seeing--I have nothing scheduled for that day. Am I missing something? Are there other parameters I can change to bypass this? Thanks in advance for your help!
