Zoom AI Companion Periodically, I am informed that my microphone is a little quiet. I have unchecked "Automatically adjust microphone volume." (And this has been unchecked for the last year, and yet this issue has occurred multiple times during this period) This is where I want my microphone level to be This is where it is being to As you can see, it's really a minor change but it does happen I do have the Audio profile set to Medium Is there anything outside of Zoom that might impact the level?

I have a mate who wants to join our Zoom meetings. He has an old Nokea phone (the rectangular one). What instruction do I need to send him? I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks and regards, Jack
I have Zoom workspace and have the latest upgrade. Even before this upgrade, I am unable to share audio. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the zoom application on my desktop. Attempting to share audio from apple music, whatever the settings, only results in faint static sound.

Hey there, I've been using Zoom on Mac for years and share my iPad notes regularly via a wireless connection. Earlier this week, after such a share, I went to reconnect the iPad screen and the iPad no longer showed the zoom sharing option to accept (Doesn't show on iPhone either leading me to suspect a Zoom setting/issue). The regular airplay options are listed, just not Zoom. Airplay works, as does a wired connection. I may have been distracted and 'cancelled' a pop up when I initiated the screen share on the Mac, I'm not sure. I've deleted and reinstalled the program on the Mac. I've walked through what I know are Zoom screen sharing options and they work, just not the iPad. Seems as if the IOS devices aren't receiving the sharing request from the Mac's Zoom program. Any thoughts or directions?

Hi, I have this issue where during a Zoom meeting, the audio suddenly starts to sound crippled. On a level that I can barely understand what others in the meeting are saying. This only happens when I use a bluetooth headset. At first I thought the headset was the issue. I got it replaced by a headset from a different brand, but the issue remains. I don't have crippled sound when using the headset for e.g. listening to music. It also does not happen always. I can get the sound back to normal by disconnecting the bluetooth and then connect again. I hear from colleagues that they experience the same with different headsets and also only with Zoom. Does anyone else recognize this problem? Is there a way to prevent the crippling from starting? It's really annoying to have to disconnect the headset in the middle of a meeting!

Hello,
I just renewed my zoom subscription to pro, and immediately after, I was unexpectedly logged out of my account. I am now unable to log back in and get access to my account, I was kicked out of, and every attempt to contact support using other accounts has resulted in being told that these accounts do not exist. I simply am not able to reach support at all by now. I've tried for over an hour now, even via phone.
This situation is extremely frustrating as I am now left without access to my account or the service I paid for. I urgently need a resolution. Does anyone know how I can restore my account access or process a refund for the subscription amount?
I am relying on Zoom for critical purposes, and this issue is causing significant disruption.
Thanks for any help.

I am testing out the AI features for my organization and have noticed that there is no way to easily export the AI generated meeting summaries from the Zoom web interface. It is great having the ability to edit directly in the web interface, but it would be even better if it was easy to export and store these notes to our document management system when needed. Right now, all we can do is copy and paste to a word doc, which is not ideal. Am I missing something? If not, I'll submit feedback directly to Zoom. 🙂

Hey friends,
I can't see how to download the list of people who have registered for a meeting I have tomorrow. Any clues?
Hi, I was sent a link to a Zoom meeting to my email address (gmail). I will be using this link every week to attend a meeting. The way I get into the meeting room is by clicking the link in the email. Is there any way for me to input this link in the Zoom app on my computer so that I can go right to Zoom and enter the meeting room rather than search for the email and click on the link?
Thank you.

Got an email saying that we need to enabled NAA by the 27th of January. I am trying to enable the NAA in the Zoom web portal using the KB article (https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0078410). I follow all the steps but once I put in the office creds and approve the permissions it kicks me back to a Zoom site that says uh-oh page not found. This feature is still not enabled.
