We've got a scenario where a teacher wants to create a One-to-One Zoom Scheduler booking page for a duration of a single day only. However, Zoom Scheduler doesn't seem to allow you to select only one day when setting up a booking page. If you do that and then try to proceed, it warns you "End date must be greater than start date." If you try to only select one date it tells you "End date must be provided." Am I missing something obvious here? There are events that are one day only, especially in the education realm.

One of the departments that I support is moving off of the zoom phone system to the one that I administer for our company. Is there a way for me to forward the 4 the auto receptionist to an external DID? I need to do this prior to porting the number out so they have no interruption. Thank you.

Because I get first-hand information and know from the community where the most problems are or what is best received by the users. But the best thing is the collaboration with other community champions 🏆 How would you describe the Zoom Community in a few words? Amazing!! 💙 What is your favorite Zoom product and why? I can not choose only one that is too difficult!! I would say the Zoom Client 😄... no Zoom Meetings is what I use the most. What's a fun fact you'd like to share? Zoom Client is soooo goood that we don't talk about. We just use it and that shows that there are almost no issues and the best thing is.... you guys keep bringing in more and more features!!! There is some setting that has started to automatically generate a Zoom link any time I create an event in Outlook that has at least one additional person. The problem with this is that several of my meetings are in-person and so I need to delete the link every single time. How do I change the settings so that auto-creation of Zoom links is NOT the default behavior in Outlook?

when I login to my Zoom account it jumps to profile link on the left side of the screen and starts the spinning wheel of death.
I cannot view the profile on my zoom account
After updating to 3.6.11, Zoom refuses to let me play a video that I was able to play before the update.
I get an error saying the video resolution is larger than my screen size and it won't play the video. I had no problems before the update.
I accidentally misspelled my name when joining a meeting then told the sign-in window to save my name. I can't find how to reset or edit that name. Help.
Is anyone else having constant trouble with the app badge icons in the Zoom app for iOS? Previously I was having weird issues where me sending another user a chat via my computer would generate a badge icon on my zoom app on my phone. That is still happening but now I have the added annoying problem of the badge icons not clearing. I have a badge of 1 even if I have read all my chats. I can make it go away by marking a message as unread and then reading it but as soon as I get another message, the badge is back and doesn’t go away. Anyone else having this issue? I think it started around the time I upgraded to iOS 18.
Speaking of iOS 18, why in the world hasn’t Zoom updated their app icon to support dark mode like every other app maker has? Really makes it seem like the devs don’t know what they are doing.

A couple weeks ago, I bought a new HP touchscreen computer. I downloaded the Zoom application as normal, but my camera is not working. The only camera I have is the computer's default camera. I know there is nothing wrong with the camera itself because Google Meets works just fine. This is a problem because I'm required to have my camera on for work. What is the problem?

I have a DragonTouch K10 tablet (Android 8.1.0). Internal, Bluetooth and wired headset audio are all fine with other apps, e.g. AudioLab, where I experience no problem at all with any of the microphones. (AudioLab did need me to opt explicitly to use the Bluetooth microphone the first time.) But I simply cannot get the Android Zoom app (currently version 6.3.11 (28195)) to pick up audio from any microphone at all, internal, wired, or Bluetooth. Zoom thinks I have a microphone, the microphone permissions setting is in place, but no sound is picked up. Meanwhile the speaker is 100% fine in all cases. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom on the tablet from the Google Play Store, and most recently tried the app download on the Zoom website, all with no joy. This site indicates that Zoom fully supports Android 8.1.0. I have tried the Zoom test (zoom.us/test) which just tells me I have a microphone and then exits (not helpful). I have run out of things to try, any ideas gratefully received.
