Profile Picture Cannot be resized in any way to fit the frame of the profile picture

Tried resizing, adjusting width and height but nothing that is done will fix the problem with Zoom adding space above and below the photo. How do I get rid of the extra space Zoom puts above and below profile picture?

when I login to my Zoom account it jumps to profile link on the left side of the screen and starts the spinning wheel of death. I cannot view the profile on my zoom account

Video won't play on 3.6.11 update

After updating to 3.6.11, Zoom refuses to let me play a video that I was able to play before the update. I get an error saying the video resolution is larger than my screen size and it won't play the video. I had no problems before the update.
