Hi,

Thanks for reaching out!

1. Refresh Your Browser

If you’re using Zoom in a web browser, try refreshing the page:

  • Press Ctrl + R (on Windows) or Cmd + R (on macOS) to reload the page.
  • If the page doesn't load after refreshing, try opening it in Incognito/Private Mode to check if there’s any browser cache issue.

    2. Clear Cache and Cookies

Sometimes, accumulated cookies or cached files can interfere with your Zoom profile page. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies:

    • Google Chrome:
      • Open Chrome and press Ctrl + Shift + Delete.
      • Choose All time for the time range and select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
      • Click Clear data.
      • Mozilla Firefox:
        • Click the three lines in the top-right corner and choose Options.
        • Under Privacy & Security, scroll to Cookies and Site Data and click Clear Data.
        • Microsoft Edge:
          • Click the three dots in the top-right corner and go to Settings.
          • Under Privacy, search, and services, click Choose what to clear.

Once you’ve cleared cache and cookies, try logging in to Zoom again.

            3. Try a Different Browser

If the issue persists in your current browser, try logging in using a different browser (e.g., Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge) to see if the problem is browser-related.

            4. Disable Browser Extensions

Some browser extensions (such as ad blockers or security tools) may interfere with Zoom’s functionality. Try disabling your extensions temporarily:

            • Open your browser’s extension settings (usually under the three dots or settings menu).
            • Disable all extensions and try logging into Zoom again.
            • If this resolves the issue, you can enable the extensions one by one to pinpoint which one is causing the problem.
            •

              5. Update Your Browser

Make sure your browser is up to date. Sometimes, Zoom may experience issues with older browser versions. Check if there is a pending update for your browser and update it to the latest version.

              6. Try the Zoom Desktop App

If you’re still having trouble logging into the web portal, try using the Zoom desktop application:

              1. Download and install the Zoom desktop client from Zoom’s official site.
              2. Log in using the same credentials.
              3. Make sure you are on the latest version. iambobsat_2-1741121783352.png

The desktop app tends to be more stable than the web interface, especially if there are issues with the browser.

                7. Try Using a Mobile Device

If the problem persists on the web version, try logging into your Zoom account on the Zoom mobile app (available for Android and iOS):

                • Install the Zoom app from the Google Play Store (for Android) or App Store (for iOS).
                • Log in and check if your profile is accessible through the mobile app.

                  8. Contact Zoom Support

If none of the above solutions work, there might be an issue with your account or Zoom settings. In that case, it’s best to contact Zoom Support directly
