Vote now Hi Team, I have recnelty Recorded a meeting but no notes or transcipt of meeting have come through. Just the video. I hosted a meeting and recorded but unfortunately there was no transcript or summary meeting notes come through via email like other recent meetings. Is there a way to get this after the recorded meeting is saved to the cloud on zoom? I am admin. I received a summary for meeting held 2 days ago but not yesterday. Cheers

TODAY I HAVE INITIATED THE CHAT ALMOST 9 TIMES ISSUE: I AM UNABLE TO SEND SMS, EVEN WHEN MY 10DLC IS APPROVED AND ACTIVE AGENTS: KATHERINE (DROPPED THE CHAT) MARVIN (DROPPED THE CHAT) IVY (DROPPED THE CHAT) JUST LIKE THEM THERE ARE FOUR OR FIVE MORE WHO DROPPED THE CHAT EXCEPT TWO WHO HELPED ME ALEX FROM TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND THE LADY WHO TRANSFERRED ME TO ALEX. EARLIER THE ISSUE WAS THAT MY MAIN NUMBER WAS ASSIGNED TO THE MAIN VIRTUAL RECEPTIONIST, THAT IS WHY ALEX THOUGHT I AM UNABLE TO SEND TEXT MESSAGES, SO WHAT WE DID IS WE UNBINDED THE NUMBER, AND AGAIN ASSIGNED IT TO THE USER. AFTER THAT I TRIED SENDING THE SMS, BUT I STILL COULDN'T, ALEX ASKED ME TO WAIT AND HE CHECKED SOMETHING AND HE CAME BACK, BY THAT TIME I WAS BUSY WITH SOME OFFICIAL STUFF SO UNFORTUNATELY I LOST HIM. AFTER LOOSING HIM I REALIZED THAT I MUST TRY REASSIGINING THE SAME NUMBER TO THE SAME SMS CAMPAIGN ONCE AGAIN, HOWEVER FYI THE NUMBER WAS LAREADY ASSIGNED TO THE SMS CAMPAIGN EARLIER, BUT I THOUGHT LETS TRY REASSIGNING IT, MAY BE IT HELPS. BUT NO IT WAS EVEN WORSE, NOW THIS LADY IVY STARTED SAYING THAT THIS IS THE REASON YOU ARE UNABLE TO SEND SMS BECAUSE YOUR MESSAGING IS INACTIVE UNTIL THE NUMBER IS ASSIGNED, NOW I DO NOT HAVE ANY IDEA WHO TRAIN THEM. BUT EARLIER MY ERROR WAS: "YOU DONT HAVE DIRECT NUMBER, YOU CANNOT SEND AN SMS" WHEN I CONTACTED ALEX, AFTER TALKING TO ALEX WHEN MY MESSAGING WAS ACTIVE WITH THE SAME NUMBER ASSIGNED TO THE CAMPAIGN, MY ERROR MESSAGE WAS: "MESSAGE COULD NOT BE SENT, RETRY OR DELETE". NOW MY ERROR IS: MESSAGING BLOCKED THIS IDIOTIC LADY DID NOT UNDERSTAND A SIMPLE THING THAT I WAS NOT ABLE TO SEND THE SMS EVEN BEFORE MAKING THESE CHANGES THAT I HAVE MADE BY MYSELF. I paid for my Zoom Standard Pro account in the US. Can I log in and create meetings while in Canada?
I am considering upgrading my Pro account to 3 users. Will I be able to host more than one meeting in the same time slot?
Has anyone ever been able to have a complaint about Zoom customer service properly managed by Zoom? I keep getting put through to a third party outsourced company in the Philippines, and it's just a car crash of customer service even from a manager who is supposed to be looking at my complaint. Does anyone know how to break free from this, preferably a proper Complaints Manager in the UK?

Hello- We don't want a waiting room to be used for meetings, since we're using a passcode. I've made sure the waiting room toggle is set to off under our admin portion and individual, yet 3 of our 4 users continue to have waiting rooms. This is problematic for our clients. How do I disable the waiting room for all users under our account? Thank you.

We just found out the hard way that by design, Zoom AI Companion does not record any names of people unless a participant to the meeting. My team spent three days in interviews with clients discussing projects, team members, roles and challenges faced. The meeting summaries were spot on - except that any mention of a person's name/role was not captured. This is apparently by design, Zoom help says AI Companion focuses on participant names. I get "focuses", but intentionally ignores? It renders the summary useless. I held a series of 90 minute working sessions with a client, relying upon Zoom companion to capture the elements of the meeting so my other team members could hold other sessions in parallel. Now I have to go back and revisit as a follow-up. The example is this: Who is the project manager, "Bob Smith" And how long was Bob on the project, "8 months" And who was the functional lead, "Betty White" And was Betty onsite or remote during the project. We then discuss the project, company names, activities, and where appropriate mention those names. The summaries capture everything but the names of the parties. We are not allowed to record meetings or produce transcripts, so now must go back to having a scribe/notetaker in each meeting.

How do I change the default name that comes up on my video when I join a meeting? Of course, I can click on the three dots and Rename, but I don't want to do this every single time I join a meeting. I went to Settings/ Profile / Edit My Profile, which launched a web page, then selected Profile, but the name listed under "Display Name" on this page is not the name that comes up on my video when I join a meeting.

In trying to schedule group meetings recently I have noticed that the alternative hosts feature, which I rely on heavily, is suddenly missing from the desktop client. Is this a known issue? Will this be added back? It's annoying to have to go to the web interface in order to schedule my meetings.

Effective with the update on 11/11/24, for iPad IOS, the original sound option is no longer available in the More menu when in a meeting. However, one can exit the Meeting, go to settings/audio and turn on original sound. Then, it will display in the More menu in a meeting.
