Experimenting with dual screens. Zoom creates 2 separate windows of content; one seems to be Hollywood Squares of people, the other window seems to be talker (or screen share). That's fine, but zoom is picking the wrong screen for each. Is there a way to change the proper choice? What my ideal is, the focus goes on the bigger screen (usually screen 2), Hollywood Squares stays on the laptop screen (1), and also opens the chat window automatically. How much of this can I get? Thanks, ==mwh

Hello, I have a laptop and a 27inch second monitor. I use my laptop to run zoom for webinars of around 15 participants. Hope you can help.
I use my second monitor to share slides but when I do it the gallery view overlaps the slides.
I have tried to go to 'My Screen' at top of my screen 1and play around and yes I can have it in side by side with me next to it, but the slides do not move. I end up going back to 'meeting' at the top of my screen and just have to move my gallery view off the screen if I need to see all of the slide content.
Is there a way I can see the full gallery view of my participants and reduce the size of the slide area so that i can still all of the slides and have them still moving through the presentation?

On the overview page in my account all docs are listed but in random order.
Is it possible to sort them alphabetically or by date? That would be very helpful
my zoom used to save my professional audio settings, and whenever I would log in I would have to do nothing. for the past few months, I now have to switch the setting to on, as it defaults to off. I have a lot of technically challenged students who I have to talk through this process every time and they find it daunting. Why is this now the default setting? Is there a way of changing this. thanks Katy

I uploaded the most recent version of Zoom and deleted to old version. When trying to open the new version, I receive the message: You can’t open the application “zoom.us.app” because this application is not supported on this Mac. How can I resolve this? I have a meeting in 1 1/2 hours. thanks

Hi. I do not use virtual backgrounds or blurry background on zoom. I need participants to see what is behind me. However, my background on Zoom is somehow automatically blurry, while the virtual background is set to "none". If I click "blur", it becomes a bit more blurry than usual. Please help to unblur.

Can anyone help me with where I can go to find information. We have created our Toast POS Menu. We want to add the menu to our new website (It is built on WordPress) We want to have the Toast Menu show up on pages we build on our website. The goal is once the visitor clicks on a menu item to order, they will be redirected to out Toast POS menu to place an order. Any help in knowledge of how to do this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Ken

Hello We facilitate AA meetings on Zoom and because of the open format and public posting of meetings we are a prime target for Zoom Bombers. We remove and report the Bombers when they come in. We use all the available features to limit interruptions but they find ways around them. This post is not to illicit zoom 101 comments, it to hopefully be an online petition for Zoom to track the accounts, IP addresses, and other identifying factors of Bombers' to restrict their access to the platform. We have done all we can, we need Zoom to start removing bad actors. Please help! Thanks

Just wanted to point out a cool little feature in the new Zoom AI Companion 2.0 that I think you'll find helpful: the profanity filter. It's designed to keep things professional in your meetings and chats, which is especially important in today's hybrid work environment. Let's be honest, sometimes things can get a little heated or people might accidentally say something they don't mean. This filter acts as a safety net, catching those slips and helping to keep the conversation respectful. It's not about stifling communication, but about creating a more productive and positive environment for everyone. Think about it – cleaner transcripts, fewer awkward moments, and a more professional image for your team, especially when you're working with clients or partners. The profanity filter for AI Companion 2.0 is now live in English. Admins can turn it on, and meeting hosts have the flexibility to choose which words they want blocked in meeting summaries. It's smart enough to catch different forms of the words too. We'll be adding more languages soon. Have you had a chance to play around with it yet? We'd love to hear your thoughts and any feedback you have. As always, we're here to help you get the most out of Zoom.
