Vote now I have been trying for 2 days to find out how to contact Zoom about charging me $246.90 for a subscription I believed had been cancelled over 18 months ago. I used my Pro Plan subscriptions once only, maybe twice during COVID and have not used it since. The money taken for this subscription was to pay for my grocery order to feed my family. I am not earning an income at present and cannot afford to pay for something I have not used in 2+ years. I cannot get anywhere with the Zoom virtual agent. Most REPUTABLE companies do not need to rely on unused subscriptions as a revenue stream. Reputable brands make it relatively easy to get through to an employee, and they usually refund at least the latest subscription charged to an account. Some companies refund more than one year when they can see a subscription has never been used. Zoom does not need my money nor the goodwill such refunds generate. I get that. In Australia, I think we have consumer credit laws to protect people in my situation. Most companies in Australia have a range of mechanisms to assist people in times of financial hardship. IF anyone knows how I can get past the virtual agent sending me in endless circles, I would appreciate it

I'm using a private Zoom Marketplace app I created to send webhooks for when a meeting starts, ends, and when the recording is available in the cloud. In this last event, I'm using my own Python code so that, upon receiving this event, the meeting recording is downloaded. I'm currently downloading the recording transcript manually (by going to the "Cloud Recordings" tab on the Zoom page), but I'm wondering if there's a way to automatically download the transcript when I receive the notification that the recording is available in the cloud.

Good morning. Are we able to get a refund on our latest renewal please. We haven't used the Work Place Pro Annual Plan (x1) for a while, we meant to cancel but couldn't see how to and it has now auto renewed yesterday. I appreciate you have terms but we can't really afford to pay for something we no longer use. The product is great but our business has changed. I can obviously provide a/c details. Regards M

Supernormal AI Notetaker keeps joining my Zoom calls unsolicited. How do I block this user or change my settings to not allow this user to enter my calls?
Dear Zoom Team, I am writing to suggest an improvement to the language interpretation feature in Zoom. I work with multilingual meetings where interpreters often need to temporarily address the main room — for example, to ask the speaker a question, make a clarification, or assist the host in real time. Currently, when interpreters are assigned to a language channel, their voice is not heard in the main room. To be heard, they must manually leave their interpretation channel (by selecting "Off" in the Interpretation menu), speak, and then rejoin their assigned language. While this workaround exists, it is inconvenient, disruptive, and technically confusing for many interpreters — especially in fast-paced meetings. Suggested Improvement: Temporarily speak to the main room (all participants), And then return to their interpretation channel with one click or shortcut. This would preserve the clean separation of language channels during normal interpretation, while giving interpreters a controlled and intuitive way to interact with the main meeting when needed. This small improvement would greatly enhance the flexibility and professionalism of multilingual meetings and better support global communication. Thank you for considering this feature! Kind regards,
Please consider adding a simple toggle for interpreters that allows them to:

I am a basic user, Version: 6.4.3 (52139), Mac Pro. I am trying to turn off the blue screen background, which I presume is a virtual background. I'm not even sure how I got one. Changing virtual background to None does nothing. Trying to follow instructions to change the background have gotten me nowhere. I tried following the instruction "As an admin (logged in), navigate to zoom.us/account/setting, then Meeting -> In Meeting (Advanced)You'll find the following options for your entire org's account, including 'Require user s to always use virtual background'. Disable this and unlock the virtual background setting if this is locked." I am not "authorized" although I am the sole owner of the account. How can I become the admin of my own account? To enable or disable Virtual background for all users in the account: I just want to get off the blue screen and be able to have (formerly normal) management of whether my virtual background is on or off.
After signing in, following other the other instructions I found doesn't work because my interface doesn't seem to match the instructions:

How do I change this effect on the camera? I don't want it to follow me or zoom in/out. I need the camera to stay still and focus on what I want. Thank you!
How do I turn off Center Stage video setting for PC? This is the new video feature that zooms in and out on your face as you move around while your camera is on during a Zoom video meeting. I've reached out to Zoom Support for help and the conclusion with them was that they have a solution for Mac users, but nothing as of now for PC. Has anyone figured this out yet? I know I'm not the only one here with this frustration...
There's a thread in how to fix this, which is different for Mac and PC users. For PC, it says there's a "Center Stage" video setting you have to uncheck in Zoom Video Settings, however I've looked everywhere and I don't think it exists.

When I leave a meeting and close zoom, it stays running in the background and messes up audio for other apps. I have to force stop it from the app settings everyone a meeting finishes. This just started happening within the last month. Any help?
