I have a zoom account with both Zoom Workspace and Zoom phone. I use the phone for my business. I want to port my xfinity personal phone number (a landline !) to Zoom. It looks like I don't need another Phone License to do this, but I can just add another number to the existing phone license I have. Is that right? If I have unlimited US/CA on the business phone, and I just add another number to that license (by home number), does the home number inherit the unlimited US/CA as well? Lastly, if I just add a number to the existing license, can I route business calls to my zoom app on my cell phone, route personal calls to both my cell and my wife's cell as well as a sip phone? Or do do this, i need another phone license. Thanks for the help. Couldn't reach zoom support or sales to get this answer.

With the new update, when I have my Zoom meeting in full screen mode, my Window's task bar won't appear when I move the curser to the very bottom of the screen. It was never a problem before. I have not changed my task bar settings. It's currently at "Automatically hide the taskbar when in desktop mode." I'd like to keep that setting so when I screen share, the task bar isn't in frame. Anyone know if there is a setting in Zoom somewhere that would allow for the Window's task bar to pop up when needed instead of having to keep it open?

In two recent meetings, one I hosted, the other I did not, part way through, the volume suddenly dropped and I could barely hear the other participants. This has never happened before. The volume started fine in both. On both, I was on my iPhone as usual.

Hi, I am currently setting up a set of Poly Rove 40 handsets connected to a Rove b2 basestation. I can access the b2 basestation's web guide to make changes prior to provisioning the station with Zoom, however, as soon as I provision the basestation to Zoom, I can no longer access the basestation's web gui. I just get a "Connection Refused" error when trying to navigate to the basestation's IP address. I need to be able to access the web gui so I can add repeaters to the system. I've tried everything I've found related to fixing a connection refused error with no luck. What am I doing wrong to not be able to access the base station after provisioning?

Hi I want to add a google calendar invitation automatically when I create a zoom meeting. Currently, my account creates an Outlook and Yahoo invitation that users can choose from. I need to add Google too (see attached image). I did find the link for how to create a Zoom meeting within google but that is not what I am seeking. Appreciate any help on this.

In v5.10.0 of Zoom, a feature was added "Folders for grouping chats and channels". This is a great feature and I took to it right away organizing people into folders. However, if you do this, and then try to access those contacts on your mobile device, the folders and the contacts do not show up. The only way to get someone to show up on the mobile device is to "star" them. Is there a plan to update the mobile app to include these folders?
If I star someone on the mobile app that is already in a folder on the desktop, they stay in the folder on the desktop and there is a choice to "unstar" them. This is not a good alternative.

I am looking for an integration (synchronization, not just import) of my Zoom calendar with other calendars. Ideally it would be a bi-directional synchronization via webdav. Does anyone have a solution for this. Background: Neither Google nor Outlook fulfill the necessary data protection requirements and couldn't be used.
Many thanks in advance

While showing a film, activating the sound optimisation function, recently a pop-up started appearing: "Disable voice isolation. " The instructions to disable voice isolation do not help. Please tell me how to disable Voice Isolation. This has never happened before.
The sound quality of the video has deteriorated a lot.

I noticed that sometime in December or January there was a change the zoom docs interface where the primary way to create sub pages moved from the insert menu to the left-hand side that shows all of the pages. While i think this is an improvement in terms of new users being able to understand what is happening with page permissions etc. it makes it slower and harder for me in the way I use Zoom Docs. I would like for the insert menu to have a "link page" option where I can either 1)mention or embed an existing page OR 2)create a new sub-page based on a specific template. Alternatively if there was a way to script (automate) the process of creating a page and selecting a specific template (hopefully with awareness of certain environment variables in the system or parameters that I pass to it) this would give me and many others a powerful toolset within the Zoom platform.
One example use case- I have "home" page for my IT leadership team on which I add links to each meeting agenda/meeting notes before, during, & after meetings. I would like to be able to quickly create a sub-page with the permissions of the parent based on an established template and naming convention with as few clicks as possible.

When I schedule a Zoom meeting from my Surface Pro, I add the attendees and click save which then opens up my Outlook Email App. From there, I click send to invite my attendees, however, the attendees do not receive my email (I know this because they reach out saying they haven't seen an invite on their end). As a temporary fix, I've been going into my Outlook Calendar and manually inviting the attendees that way (i.e. creating an Outlook event and adding in the Zoom link), but then two separate invites are sent with the same Zoom link. The attendees receive both which is obviously not what I want either. However, when I try and schedule from the Zoom App on my Macbook, it all goes fine. I'm able to add my attendees, click save, and the invite is sent out right from my Zoom App and immediately connects with my Outlook Calendar. I only use my Macbook occasionally from work and my Surface Pro is my main work computer so I'd really like to solve this problem for my Surface Pro. I know it's probably just a quick setting change but I'm struggling to find the answers from Google searches. My question is: How can I get my Zoom App on my Surface Pro to replicate what is happening on my Macbook? Thank you all and please let me know if you have any clarifying questions.
