Hello, now that Skype Credit is being retired I urgently need a solution with similar capabilities. I need to be able to show my caller ID when I am ringing through as my Australian SIM card number, or at least another Australian number. I am already overseas so I cannot receive a test call without paying for roaming on my phone so I want to be sure before I purchase Zoom Phone that this is how it will show up. Can anyone answer this?

For a new user, it is difficult for me to find an intuitive way to configure our only phone number. When a help document says go to Settings, I can't figure out how to get to a screen for phone settings. 1- An easy way to get to phone management interface as this is the primary Zoom service we will start out with. 2- Upload a greeting recording audio file, 3- Configure incoming voice messages to be transcribed automatically 4- Enter an email address where the transcriptions are emailed by default. Once the above is done, I need to find out a way to give our receptionist access to the phone interface so they can login and make & receive phone calls. Please guide me like you would guide a 5th grader to documentation where I can learn to do all of the above. Thank you.
We are a small nonprofit with a single phone number where our callers will be prompted to leave a message that we hope will be transcribed and sent to a designated email address. So here is what I am looking for:

Hello - I purchased a Zoom phone to make calls, and send SMS when coaching with clients. Not exactly a "campaign" one can say. My two questions please - 1. My "brand" is approved and active. Do I still need to submit a 10DLC campaign just to send messages? 2. I previously submitted a campaign which got rejected for the following reason. The abbreviations make it difficult to understand what is being said. Can you please explain what they are trying to say. Thank you! "Upstream CNP declined sharing request for campaign CPBEAES. Explanation: Webform requires TN; update CTA/missing disclaimer. Please include Message Frequency, Data Rates, Help, and Stop disclaimer with the webform."

Hi, I have an auto-receptionist that routes calls to a call queue with five agents. I also have a toll-free number. I would like customers to be able to text the toll-free number, which would follow the auto-receptionist path, allowing the agents in the call queue to receive and reply to customer SMS messages. However, I receive a message stating that my users need a Zoom Power Pack. I do not want them to have admin access—I only want them to be able to reply to SMS messages. We are a canadian non-profit organization, and I cannot afford to purchase five Zoom Power Packs for my agents. Is there a way to enable this functionality without requiring each agent to have a Power Pack? Thank you!

In today’s digital world, virtual meetings have become a fundamental part of business operations, education, and even personal communication. With Zoom leading the way as the best and preferred platform for communication, enabling seamless collaboration across the globe, ensuring meeting security isn’t just an option—it’s a necessity. But are we truly leveraging Zoom’s security features to their full potential? Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of protection to your Zoom account, preventing unauthorized logins even if your password is compromised. Ensure your Zoom account is protected with a strong password and avoid reusing credentials from other accounts. Zoom frequently releases security patches to fix vulnerabilities. Keeping your app up to date ensures you benefit from the latest security improvements. Once all expected participants have joined, lock the meeting to prevent additional attendees from joining unexpectedly. If someone is causing disruptions, remove them immediately using Zoom’s Remove Participant feature. You can also disable participant rejoining for extra security. Keep an eye on the participant list and enable Zoom’s security notifications to be alerted about potential risks. Ensuring Zoom meeting security is a shared responsibility between hosts and participants. By implementing these essential security measures—from enabling passcodes and Waiting Rooms to monitoring participant activity—you can create a safe and secure virtual meeting environment. As cyber threats continue to evolve, staying proactive with security settings will help protect your meetings from disruptions and data breaches. I'm using Zoom with dual monitors. I want to see gallery view on the larger, external monitor but it only shows speaker view on that monitor even when I have gallery view on the laptop monitor. There must be a way to do it. I saw a discussion about this where someone asked the same question and no one had answers. Just other people who have the same problem.

Greetings, I'm setting up online zoom classes where I teach yoga, dance and rejuvenation exercises...so need music in background while I'm talking sometimes. Im using a Lenova PC laptop for zoom meeting, Samsung a-50 Android smart phone for spotify playlist for music, Samson wireless earset system and Audio Box USB96 for mixer for best sound quality....and headset to hear participants on zoom. I'm figuring the best way to set it up and connect it all...and need help. I'm not a tech person. I've have 2 dif tech guys telling me dif ways to set it up. The new tech guy is coming over soon. He says the other guy set it up too complicated...theres a much easier way. Then he said zoom isnt set up to both play music while talking at same time...and also be able to hear if client has question. He says he needs to download a new program on my computer to help with that. He said my computer wasnt allowing the new program and that hes working around it. Hes coming over later today in a few hours to finish up. I dont feel comfortable going outside zoom program to do it all. Theres got to be a way inside zoom to set it all up. I find that hard to believe because I bet many people teaching zoom classes that have music, talk and hear clients in 1 one setup. The basic zoom chat bar doesnt handle this more complicated question.. Can anyone help Thanks

When I am hosting a meeting and when I am participating in various meetings, I try to screen share in Zoom, it automatically goes to a black screen and says screen share is paused. I don't know how to unpause it. I checked in my account and I everything is toggled correctly. I have also, uninstalled Zoom and re-installed. Nothing seems to be working. Any suggestions?

Hello! I recently began to use zoom to schedule meetings regularly, but I have noticed that when typing in the 'attendee' field to schedule a meeting, there's no option to just choose from my actual contacts list or autofill. Given how often we hold the meetings and the amount of people, it's a bit tedious to copy/paste each individual email address. Given how common a feature autofilling contacts is, how do I do this on my Zoom account? I already have contacts saved in my personal contacts list, but that doesn't seem to do anything.
