On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Hello, I cant seem to set up my zoom phone, I cant set up my direct number nor receive or send sms. How can I set it up?

Hello @aapti2025 

Not all country numbers in Zoom support SMS/MMS. I will assume it is a US/CA number, but if not, check you number in your Zoom Portal "ADMIN > Number Management", select the number and you will see information like in the picture below; if "Messaging" doesn't say N/A or Unsupported but something like "Unverified", then you need to follow the process to Register a "Campaign" (See where it says "More Details": click it and it will take you to a page with instructions. It is very possible that you will have to register a "Brand" first.

This is a Mandatory step for US/CA numbers.
