I am no longer able to share my sound if I attempt to share a screen. The checkbox option to "share sound" is simply grayed out and unavailable. As is the option to "Optimize Video" as well. It is happening on three of my machines that are all on the same version Monterey OS 12.1Mac - 5.11.9 (10046)

We have deployed Zoom Phone system with IP Phones etc at our offices along with Emergency addresses etc. 2) Apply a registry fix to prioritize IPv4 over IPv6 on the OS (needs a reboot) 3) use command Prompt to manually set IPv4 Priority over IPv6 (Does not need a reboot but requires setting on subsequent reboots) Once you have changed the priority and restart the desktop client the error goes away and it sets the Emergency Address correctly. Thanks Shad
These all work just fine, and this is for people working remotely using the Desktop Client (on Windows).
Windows 11 has now started prioritizing IPv6 as the default protocol if it is available. So for example if you ping www.google.com in a command prompt it will respond with the IPv6 Address instead of the IPv4.
The problem with this is that the Zoom Client will complain that it cannot confirm my home address location and I will get the error at all times.
There are some workarounds.
1) Disable IPv6 on the router (not ideal)
Is this behavior going to be addressed in a later version of the Desktop Client so it requires no user interaction?

Hello! I keep having an issue where I create an appointment in Outlook and use the Zoom plugin to provide a link to the appointment, but the time does not translate over to zoom properly. For example, I created an invite for 9/29 at 1PM EST but on Zoom, it shows up as 9/29 at 12AMEST. I have no idea why this keeps happening. It is confusing for my clients because they are seeing 2 different times on the Outlook calendar invite I sent them vs. what Zoom shows and it makes me look unorganized/unprofessional when I'm just trying to use the features. This seems to happen when sending an invite to clients in a different time zone, but sometimes it doesn't happen. Any guidance is helpful. Thank you! Ashley

We are receiving complaints from phone users where their calls are being rejected. When we look at logs, we can see that the user/delegate's iPhone is rejecting the call. When we provide that information to the user/delegate, they are advising that their Zoom mobile app never rang and that they definitely didn't reject the call from their mobile app. The cell is not on Do Not Disturb. This issue has been noticed multiple times and we get the same response from the users, that they didn't touch their cell and their cell never rang.

Many FR Legends fans enjoy drifting, but what if you're in a Zoom meeting? Can you sneak in a few drifts without affecting the call? Will Zoom screen sharing reveal your gameplay, or can you keep it hidden? If you don't know about this game then visit this website: FrApklegends.com
I want to know, can anyone tell me the answer to this? I play games on my mobile but know to use those at a time and also share screens on zoom.?

I'm working on Chrome for Mac, and using the Zoom Chrome Extension with Google Calendar. Up to now, I've been very used to the way the invites are created in my google calendar when I click the "Make it a Zoom Meeting" button while creating a calendar invite: I click the button, the description of the meeting is then populated with a VERY long text that includes lots of different ways to join the meeting. Fine. I appreciate all the methods of joining just in case people are international, or on their phones etc etc. Lately however, I've noticed some coworkers have meetings invites that are much tidier and the long text is not included in the description. But, rather, a nice set of links, including phone numbers for multiple countries is already at the top of the invite instead of in the description. I've asked these coworkers what they do differently, and they say all they do is click the "Make it a Zoom Meeting" button when creating the invite. I've also searched here in the community, and I've combed through all the settings in the desktop app, and the Chrome extension, I've made sure I have the most up to date version of both of those, and I can't find anything that would influence this. Does anyone know how I can change to the tidier method. My current workaround is to just hand delete all the text, since it forces you to scroll WAY down to see any attachments at the bottom of the invite.

I have a Poly Studio X30 that was working fine a couple of weeks back. Now my iPad controller does not detect a mic. There is no microphone option. If i change the Studio X30 to device mode, I can connect a laptop use studio x30 mic and speakert then i open zoom workspace and it works fine. What could be causing the problem?

I created a whiteboard a few months ago that I have been using weekly in my meeting. Until today, participants have been able to see what I am typing in realtime and see when my cursor highlights words or sentences. Today however, they could only see the new information after I stopped typing and the whiteboard finished saving. I have checked that everyone has collaborator status, and the only thing that I have done differently was that I had shared the whiteboard with them and set them as editors. I tried changing their collaborator status, unsharing the whiteboard, closing the whiteboard and re-opening it. Nothing works.
