I have a Poly Studio X30 that was working fine a couple of weeks back. Now my iPad controller does not detect a mic. There is no microphone option. If i change the Studio X30 to device mode, I can connect a laptop use studio x30 mic and speakert then i open zoom workspace and it works fine. What could be causing the problem?

Does the issue persist after you reboot the X30 in appliance mode? Have you tried manually pushing an older version of PVOS to the X30 to see if the issue is present there as well?

Please let us know which version of both PVOS and Zoom Rooms you're running on the X30.

Sorry for the late late late late and so on response. We purchased a new poly studio x50. Now, I am in need of getting this system working again because we are in need of another zoom room appliance for a new location.

PVOS 4.30.406188

zoom rooms 5.17.7.6

Got it. I'd recommend updating both ZR and PVOS to latest GA versions and checking to see if the issue persists before performing a factory restore. These are the same steps Poly will give you and will be necessary either way.

I have been doing this every time there is a new version on each ZR and PVOS versions. It is the same issue. I noticed is that the PVOS version says it is a X30 and the model on the sticker behind the physical device says it is a x50. So some how the previous IT installed the incorrect firmware on the poly studio appliance which worked for a while. I have tried downgrading to an x50 version but it still come up as an x30 making me think that i will never get this to work as an x50.
