Whiteboard text box default size
On my laptop, when using the text feature of the Zoom whiteboard, the default size of the textbox is rather small. How I change the default size of the text box so it's automatically bigger?

Update: Problem Resolved. After posting this I logged off, this morning I attempted to invite the external user again and the system let me. The warning label now said "User is external". I'm not sure if the system just needed some time to update or what. But it works now and I can add external users. Original Post: I am unable to share or grant permissions to a user outside of my org. He was able to use and interact with the whiteboard during the meeting but I could not add him via the share button, nor could I grant his the request through email. I went through every support request document I could find. -Like this one: Zoom Community: Sharing zoom whiteboard outside my organization. and many others. And made these settings changes under account settings (under admin) I even created a group and added the entire team to the group. Then I went to that group - whiteboard - and made the above setting changes under the group. So now I've gone back to try to add this external user to both an existing whiteboard AND a new whiteboard and neither will allow it to proceed. So I kept tinkering with the settings and I have no idea what I did but now it actually lets me click the external users button now. But when I go to add the user it says board owner has disable collaboration. This process has taken a lot amount of time, only to have it not work. I wish there was an indicator that an Admin couldn't do this if there was a Board Owner barrier in place.

Hello, I did the update recommended last evening and when I was in a Zoom Meeting tutoring a student, my writing tool would not work consistently. I could write for about 10 seconds and then nothing for about 20 seconds. I have to click the tool icon multiple times. Help! I am trying to help these students with their Algebra assignments. Has anyone else had this issue?

I have been working on a whiteboard for awhile and I was able to have multiple text colors within one shape and now I can no longer do that. I would like to have the first line of text in one color and the rest of the text in another color. I am assuming this is a feature that was taken away with the recent update but I am not sure. Please advise.

I just started using zoom on my iPad Pro with Apple Pencil, and I am having issues with the whiteboard. When I put my hand on the screen as I write, the whiteboard zooms in and out randomly which makes it very hard to write neatly. Does anyone know how to fix this? My temporary solution is to not rest my hand on the screen, but this makes it awkward to write.

I have added all my students to a unique channel. When I go to share a whiteboard with them after a tutorialI get the following message "Board owner has disabled collaboration with users outside your organization." I am currently on the zoom one pro plan. How do I solve this? Thanks Tom

I am wanting to change to zoom to tutor students. I am able to past an image or PDF to the whiteboard, but the meeting participant is unable to. The upload button is greyed out for them. How do i fix this?
I have a Zoom Pro account, and I can't edit any of the three whiteboards that I created a little over a year ago. I had experimented wit the whiteboard feature outside of a meeting to familiarize myself with it, and then when I tried using it live with a client, I found it clunky and awkward, so I decided to go with a Google Jamboard instead. However, I kept the whiteboards in my account, thinking I might give it another go. Now, I can view my old boards but I can't edit them. My understanding was that I could continue editing 3 boards with my current plan. What's wrong? The whiteboard feature is useless to me at present. This is very disappointing.

I have been using Zoom for for two years without having any problems using the Whiteboard or writing with the stylus pen. For about a month or so, writing with the pen no longer works properly. It does with other programs, but if I try and write something on the whiteboard it looks like in the second image. The other image is from MS Paint, written one minute later on the same device at the same pace. The pen strokes aren't detected properly, some are shortened, others are reshaped a split second after I wrote them, others aren't detected at all. The only way to make it legible is to write extremely slowly, at a pace of ~two seconds for each letter. It usually does work when i first open the whiteboard, but only for a few minutes. After I have written a few lines or pasted a few images, it begins to get worse and worse. I tutor Maths online for living and I use it 8 hours per day. I've been in touch with Zoom customers service, but I have not heard back from them for several days, so obviously, I am under extreme pressure to get this issue resolved. I use the most recent version of Zoom. My PC runs on Windows 11 with Intel 12700k CPU and a Asus Geforce RTX 3080 graphics card, 32 GB of DDR5 Ram, an Samsung 970 M2 SSD and I use a WiFi which delivers around 800 Mbit/s. I use the Wacom CTL-470 Stylus Pen. I have recently deleted Zoom and ran ZoomCleaner afterwards and then reinstalled it afterwards as it was suggested by customer service, but it has had no effect.
