I'm using OneNote as a whiteboard during my Zoom meetings. It works better (it reacts faster when I'm writing or sketching) than Zoom's Whiteboard.
My question is that if I share my screen on my Macbook and connect OneNote from my iPad, the screen share itself is small. It only covers up a part of my screen on my macbook.
Anybody knows how I can adjust this so it covers up the full screen?

This update has severe errors.
One of them is erasing randomly -phenomenon. it's terrible for techers who use writing tools.
When we erase the writings using the eraser (writing tools), other contents is erased together randomly.
It has occured persistently and we have suffered from your poor update.
I want to stop paying you.
Whenever you update, several bugs have existed but you didn't care much and didn't respond quickly.
Please check and revise bugs which I mentioned.

Any one entering to my room can write on my screen i need to solve this issue
The witheborad will be used for interactive discussion with the meeting participant some of functions could not be displayed in the edting tool of whiteborad for the meeting participant
s host i have more options in the editing tool than other.
e.g. upload of file is not possible by the meeting participant, how to resolve the problem

Hello everyone,
I am using the newest version of zoom on ipad. Since the whiteboard has been updated, the users with whom I share the whiteboard no longer see what I write using the text tool.
What could be the cause? I have tested with some colleagues, but they see everything I share perfectly. I use blackboard to teach. Thank you in advance to those who will try to help me!

Hi there, Since I changed my ipad, i have a trouble to use whiteboard collaborations with meeting participants. I no longer give any permission to participants to edit any contents on the board while in the meeting. They can only view what contents i present them. Whenever I add participant's email to allow them to edit or input on the shared board, the message says my organization disabled collaboration from anybody outside of my organization. I don't know how I can enable collaboration with anybody to share, view, edit and input the whiteboard. Anybody can help me out for this please?

Hello! After the latest updates there is no "more" option at the screen sharing controls, just "apps" instead. Where can I disable comments when I share the srceen now? I work with kids as an English teacher, I sometimes really need to stop them from drawing 🙂

Hi everyone, I'm trying to use the whiteboard and it's not working out for me. The meeting participants can't edit anything and when I tried to change the settings I get the message that the "admin has disabled this setting". I am the admin, it's my paid account. What can I do? I have a screenshot, but it looks like I can't share it here. Thanks!

When I share a whiteboard to the participants (meeting), they can't edit it. They can only watch it.
But there is a setting which is in gray and maybe it is in connection with my problem (see screenshots).
I have a Zoom One Pro.

I left Zoom some time ago because the whiteboard was not allowing me to write small circular letters with my XP-Pen tablet. It seemed like it was perceiving it as selecting something. Google Meets came along with a new whiteboard, but it was lacking in features, but at least I could write on it. I came back after feedback from one of my colleagues suggested it. I was happy to see that the whiteboard has really added a lot of the features that Google Meets had. Unfortunately, I think the same issue exists with the compatibility between the tablet and the white board. Now, I get a double arrow that points left and right when I am writing. I can click on the pen and the cursor changes to a pen for a bit, but then changes back to the double arrow. It is very annoying and will probably be a deal breaker unless I can find a solution. I can't be the only person running an XP-Pen tablet on here. The other issue that I have with the whiteboard, is that I have to login to save the board. I am not sure why because I have to login to open Zoom and to get on a meeting. That tells me that I am already logged in and shouldn't have to break stride to log in.
