Whiteboard deleted repeatedly and ends up in the trash

Dear Community,

I have been facing this issue for two weeks. All the whiteboards I created were deleted. I recovered some of them, but they were deleted repeatedly. I have updated the Zoom version, as well as my credentials, but the issue persists. What could be the reason?

I'm not sure whether your admin has set the Whiteboard Retention setting, which will auto-delete specified whiteboards. Refer to the website -> https://zoom.us/account/setting, select the whiteboard tab and you will see the Whiteboard Retention setting.

You can take a look at your retention policy mentioned above, if you use the policy by "create time", when you restore the board from Trash, the create time will not be changed, we only change the modified time, so the board will be deleted again. You can star your important boards and check "Save starred whiteboards" in retention policy, so that they will not be deleted by retention policy.
