Participants not able to share screen
multiple screen sharing not working with participants. Do i need to buy a monitor for it? Can anyone help.
I have the latest version of ZOOM. Or do i need to use paid verion ?

Hello. I know this is minor, but the Giphy gifs are not good. My team had an instant messenger that used Tenor Gifs and they were hilarious. Is there a way to add different Gifs into chat or any plans for Zoom to add different ones in? I and my team would love it. Also just some different GIFS listed when you first click the button would be nice, maybe whatever is trending + more options than what we get listed based on search results.

Can anyone point me to the documentation that turns off zoom chat and channels outside of a meeting? I'd like folks to be able to chat during meetings, but the chat should not extend past the lifetime of the meeting and we don't want to use the channel functionality. Thanks!

Recently when I set up a meeting a notice appears that I've never seen
I cannot find a Q and A box. I co host educational classes and I used to be able to see a Q and A button in the chat window. I am presuming it is a setting that I haven't ticked but can't find it anywhere. The teacher can't find it on his zoom either. Does anyone still have it on their chats and if so, is it something you had to request for your chat box or has the Q and A box gone with all the new developments. and secondly, can you turn off the chat but still leave the Q and A box on please?

Hi there, I am currently using my licensed Zoom account from two different laptops. With my Mac one I do not have any problems. Unfortunately, on my other laptop that has a Windows software I started having problems yesterday. During a meeting, for no reason, my screen was showing green, my image was wobbling and froze at times, so did my audio. Please note that internet connection was fine and the laptop is new so those are not a problem. I also use Google Meet and I did not have any problems, so it must be Zoom. The problem is that it only happens on one device, not the other. But I need it to work on that one too. I have a licence so I am not sure why this should not work. Please also note that the green occurs in particular when I am trying to share content, which is very annoying as guests can't see or understand anything of what's going on. Everything is just GREEN. Are you able to help asap, please? Thanks

I have been on a yearly plan for a number of years. My renewal is not until May 2023. My old email address no longer exists but in any event I have been getting emails from Zoom to my correct and current address . However, when I was sent a verification code to allow me log back into my account, it would not recognise me. Therefore, although I have paid to use Zoom, I can't use it at the moment and I need to schedule meetings .

Hello all I subscribed to Zoom Pro on 12/01/22 however on 01/15/23 my account has been downgraded without any notification or reason . I had bought the subscription for the whole year and have now lost very important meeting recordings . Please help me
