About presence status icons

The other day, I re-installed the zoom app (iPad), but before re-installing, I could see other people's presence status normally, but after re-installing, all other users' presence status icons are showing available (green square).
Is there any solution?

      Well, this issue doesn't seem to have been improved yet...
