Zoom captions coming up as one line

Hi.  I'm a stenographer and I caption a lot of college classes on zoom both using and not using the API token.  My captions used to roll  up as three lines.  Now, if I'm lucky, I get one and a half lines, then the captions will pop off a new one and a half lines will roll up.

As far as I can tell, I have changed absolutely.  It's frustrating so any help would be sincerely appreciated.

Same here. I got 2 lines. But 3 lines is much better since the caption sometimes are not coming up and then come in drove and viewer missed what I typed
