I accidentally ex-ed out from the meeting. There are some important info I'd love to download from the chat. How do I go about downloading it? I went to Reports > Chat History but it says no data found? 

My zoom meeting no response

Hi,

My zoom went to a gray color and it doesn't respond to me anything, but it shows I am in a meeting. How can fix this problem?

Hello, I was using a paid account and completed several recordings. Then, I was asked to link my email to my work account, which I did without thinking. When I did that, it switched to my work account, which does not include the ability  to record. All my recordings are no longer available. 

 

Help... Is there any way to retrieve these recordings?

Hello!  I have a licensed account allowing me 100 participants.


I will be hosting an event in which I will present the speaker, and the speaker will be giving a power point presentation.    

 

MY QUESTION:  Can I give the speaker control of the power point?  She doesn't have a licensed account.  I'm wondering if that will work.

PLEASE HELP! We recently held a ZOOM Pro subscription with ZOOM that expired last month - and will not renewed. 

There were important clinical recordings on the 'old' ZOOM account which I need to retrieve URGENTLY. I cannot contact ZOOM support now because we are on a basic plan. Any help on how to retrieve these recordings is greatly appreciated!
