Calling an email address like in Microsoft Teams

I am new to Zoom and would like to know if you can call an email address like you are able to in Microsoft Teams. This would be like a normal phone call, no video. In Microsoft Teams, you enter an email address and then search "External". If they are logged in, you can call them as a normal phone call, without a telephone number. Is this function also available in Zoom?

Zoom also has a Chat feature that allows you to find Zoom users, add them to your contacts, and call them from Chat.

If the user is from the same organizational account, you can call them from your contacts with a single click.

However, if you or the person you are calling belongs to a company account, it is assumed that you have permission to add external contacts in both organizational accounts, similar to MS Teams.
