Hey there! I am trying to work on a solution where (using Zoom workflows) send an email to a shared mailbox by reacting to a message someone posts in a channel. Ultimately, if someone posts something requiring IT support, I would like to react with a specific emoji (which wouldn't be used by others) to send an email through Outlook to a shared mailbox with the IT team. I got through the workflow, but I see that the only email sending capability is with GMAIL. Is there any prospect of leveraging Outlook? Or can I do this if I integrated my Outlook with Zoom mail?

Zoom message notifications

I was wondering if the ability to customize the zoom notification sound is something that has been implemented yet, as I saw this question asked back in 2022 but it's 3 years later. Has it ever become a thing?

Font size

Hi, I do not get the font size option in settings or in the chat. I get all the other options. Why is that? The font is always super small and I cannot change it.

I have my Zoom VDI Workplace V6.1.13 installed and I am upgrading the version from my tenant.... the channel on the tenant is set to the latest version 6.2.11.... The application sees that there is an update pending as the registry is pointing to the... Show more

I have my Zoom VDI Workplace V6.1.13 installed and I am upgrading the version from my tenant.... the channel on the tenant is set to the latest version 6.2.11....  The application sees that there is an update pending as the registry is pointing to the correct channel in the tenant....
When I reboot the Vmware VDI or close down Zoom in the system tray and re-open Zoom it should automatically update the version, but I am receiving the message:
The System Administrator has set policies to prevent this installation....
It's like the installer is no longer allowing a standard user to install the update, or the user has no rights to uninstall the current version...
Anyone have any ideas?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi there, I am having a problem with Zoom that I had never had before, Nowadays, It suddenly starts freezing on launch way more often than it did before, Sometimes, it literally fails to launch, which is pretty annoying, if you're wondering, I just force quitted Zoom app a few days, ago, nothing much. Would that be the problem? If so, Please tell me the solution to it,

A lot of our team uses reactions (emojis) as confirmation or acknowledgement of something sent in a team chat message (both direct messages and channels). However, I have not found a notification option when reactions are used on messages within team... Show more

A lot of our team uses reactions (emojis) as confirmation or acknowledgement of something sent in a team chat message (both direct messages and channels). However, I have not found a notification option when reactions are used on messages within team chat...not meetings. Is there a way to do this to keep us from having to go back in and check on things manually?
