Hello all, Thought I'd make my own thread to bring more attention to this issue. I don't hear a sound when receiving a new chat in Zoom, although I've enabled (1) push notifications for all messages and (2) play sound when I receive a new message, and disabled (3) mute chat notifications while I am in a meeting, if this is relevant. I've deleted and reinstalled Zoom, as well as enabled push notifications for Zoom through the system preferences on my Mac (a community solution from another thread). Has anyone else found a different solution? Thanks!

Lately, folks' statuses are automatically changing to Out of Office. I have checked the settings, and it shows Away after X amount of minutes, but I don't see where it changes to Out of Office.
Does anyone else see this?

Dear Team, I am getting no help in resolveing the issue mentions in the subject heading. I have been making endless enquiries without success. As a paying member using Zoom professionally, I would expect better so kindly help me fix this or fix it from your end. Thank you. Kind regards, Roddy

Anyone have any suggestions on how to query zoom version number using CLI? Anyone have any suggestions on how to remotely install zoom client for end user? When I pre-install it - it does nothing because the end user has to install it and it installs in their profile path - not Program Files. I don't see any options in the CLI to find the version installed on their profile. We have many users to install and I don't want to manually visit every PC.

Zoom chat gets stuck and doesn't auto scroll to the latest messages, I am in a big group and many times it stops scrolling and you don't know if there are new messages or not, so I don't get information in a timely manner, then I start scrolling and there are like 10-20 new messages, then it works for a few seconds, and stops - gets stuck again. Using IPAD pro , zoom on iphone also has the same problem. everything is up to date, fix it please , or let me know how I can downgrade to older versions if it is possible. Thanks

Dear Zoom Team, I hope this message finds you well. I recently updated to Zoom version 6.2.11, and I noticed that the chat option is no longer available in this version. This feature is crucial for my workflow, and its absence is causing some inconvenience. Could you please confirm if this is an intentional change or a technical issue? Hi, When we share the following page in Zoom chat, users cannot use the 'Country' dropdown menu to select the country. (Therefore they cannot complete the payment) https://gravitychallenges.com/register-kyle But when we email the same link, it works fine (the country dropdown works) and they can complete the payment. Please let us know the reason for this issue and how to fix the issue. Regards,

Not sure what changed, I think it was a recent update, but anyway, we used to be able to click PDF files in chat and they would just open up. Now a window pops up and says that Zoom can't preview a PDF file. Is there a way to get the old behavior back?
