Hello How do you change the group chat profile picture since I tried but nothing shows up to change it

Hi LivingThing, welcome to Zoom Community.

 

For now it is not possible to customize the icon of a group Channel, only # appears if it is a public channel or a "padlock" if it is a private channel, however, you can add Emojis to the Channel name to visually identify it faster. I add a screenshot with an example.
