We have an EA who wants access to their Executives Zoom Chat to reply to messages etc. I gave them access to the meetings, I am having difficulty finding where I could do this for them in the Exec's user settings. Help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

Hi I´ve seen two cases regarding the option to deactivate the autocorrection, but this is not available in the newest Zoom Client for me in Windows 10. Any idea?
Is there an other way to disable the autocorrect.
The colleagues that are using MAC OS can open with right click in the textfield the options for the deactivation but once deactivated but this isent persistant. And is this really needed to dactivate in all of the chat windows??

The Zoom Chat window won't hold new comments at the bottom of the window, it scrolls up to about 3 older comments.
The bug causes me to repeatedly select the Chat window and scroll down for each new comment at the bottom of the chat window, rather than automatically showing the most recent comment.

When utilizing the status feature in Zoom workplace, there is an option to set a custom timeframe for when you select the Do Not Disturb status. However, is there an option to set a custom timeframe for when you are utilizing the Out of Office status? So far, we have not seen a work around to this other than setting your status message to specify your return. It would be more convenient for our team to have the Out of Office status automatically expire upon their return. version 6.2.6

We've been using the channel features for a few years to communicate with our agents. Today, no one is seeing messages or replies posted in the channel by other members or admins. I updated Zoom to version 6.2.6 and asked agents to do the same but it didn't fix the issue. I've also checked the settings for the channel and nothing is out of place.
Private chats are working, but using the private channel is critical for us.

Can you make a user in the same organization an external user. We have contractors who have been given company email address but we want external user rules to apply when they are in a channel. I am not sure if just adding via the add external contact path makes them an ‘external’ regardless of domain. If it's possible, please describe how to do it. I was chatting with an external contact but after a week later that's when I added that contact. It opened a new chat window after he accepted. Shouldn't it merge or continue with the original chat? Why can't I merge it? It's showing 2 same names in my Recents. One with his profile picture in it and one with no picture. I want to keep the original chat but I also want to see his online status which I can't see in the original chat. Is there a way to merge it in just one chat?
