recent chats - how to age them out or change what gets shown?

In the Windows Zoom client, on the left, I see "recent" chats. This seems to include chats with people, established channels we have at work, and meeting chats. Is there a way to sort these or separate them? Can I age them out? Change how they are sorted? The list is long and cluttered.  Maybe even separate out meeting chats from others?

Zoom yet to have a native capability to sort, separate, or age out recent chats within the Windows client.
