Mac os is current v10.15.7 but Zoom needs v11.0?

Static interference when typing during zoom

Hi can anyone help with the problem I have in zoom when trying to type the minutes. As soon as I start typing I get static interference and cannot hear amything!! I have checked noise supression which is on auto. Any ideas? Thanks

Contacts Directory in Zoom

Within contacts there is a Directory portion. I have a company Contacts list under Directory. How can I add contacts to this directory group?

Hi!  I have all of the basic chat settings on for our account but not able to save the chats or take screenshots of them.  For some reason when I am hosting a zoom I can see the chat feature on the host panel, but the attendees do not see the chat option.  And if I send them a chat direct message they do not receive it.  What is going on? What setting could I have missed or do they need to do something on their ends?  Thanks!

How can I translate Chat messages to Spanish? I use Zoom to teach English to Spanish-speaking clients, and sometimes they need a translation of chat messages. How can I configure this so they can do this in our Zoom Chat box?

Resolved! Retrieving chat notes after closing the zoom meeting

Help!

I closed a zoom meeting and forgot to save the chat box which had important information in it.

 

Is there any way to get it back?

 

I was the host.

Resolved! Can I change the notification sound?

I see settings for when to receive notifications and whether to play a sound, but I don't see a setting to change what that sound is. Right now it's just the generic system notification sound, but I'd like to change it to be something distinctive. Show more

Hello everyone, maybe y'all got a quick answer for me.

 

I've recently seen the Zoom client start sorting chat messages by the last responses. So if someone answers to a message that isn't the last one, it pushes that message plus all its responses down, breaking the message flow.

 

Anyone know how to turn this off?
