I received an email for an invite for a Corporate account that I intended to use on a different zoom account. I accidentally joined with my paid annual licensed account and when I left the Corporate account I also lost my existing paid annual license (Pro). Is there any way I can retrieve my subscription back? I have tried zoom support chat, but its taking too long. What else can I do to get my license back? TIA.

how can we know the number of attendees of previous webinar?
I am using Zoom ver. 5.8.0 on MacOS 11.5.2, Basic Account. As per release notes, Enhanced rich text message capabilities allow for better chat messages formatting options. These options are available for composing a new message, replies, and editing messages. Expanded options for the desktop client include bold, italics, underlining, strikethrough, highlight and text color, font size, bulleted and numbered lists, hyperlinks, and indenting . https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201361963-New-Updates-for-Mac-OS Check the screenshot. There's no option for it in settings or in the web portal. I am the owner of this account

Please can someone help me. I have recently upgraded to Zoom 5.7.8 64bit, I have been Zoom account admin and run regular Zoom meetings for over 15 months, but the past two weeks, I have had issues with the chat freezing and all the icon buttons disappearing, plus the who Zoom 'task bar' only appearing when I hover over it. I use the chat and the integrated closed captions as part of my teaching. is there a known problem? Can I reinstall an earlier version of the software without these issues? Its embarrassing when you are teaching and part way through a lesson and these issues have occured in every lesson. Please can someone help me with a resolution. Thanks

our account has a problem of account, we are using a business plan, and I need to downgrade to pro account, but now the account is basic !!! why
With the windows client, I find it very hard to navigate the division between chats and channels. The base use case I have is pretty simple, I want to know which chats have been updated most recently. Obviously. when there are recent chats, you have the number indicating it has updates, but once you read it, that goes away. Then, you cannot easily tell which have been updated most recently across the 2 groups. It gets even worse if you star a channel, because they are fixed in location. On my mobile device, channels and chats are mixed together so if I am looking for recent chats, its very logical.

If i go from the free version to the paid version ... do my personal meeting credentials change or do they stay the same???
